I had just woke up to my alarm I got out of bed and went to get ready when I heard shouting I went to the landing and I could hear my dad and rains dad having a disagreement about something

"You need to get rain to a safe place if this man has come back he is going to go for her" my dad whisper shouted "I can't just tell her that she need to leave because the man who killed your mother has come back you know what she is like" Bailey said with a sad tone but he has a point

Rain won't leave she won't stop till she finds this man and kills him herself for what he did to her mother but I won't let anyone touch her they will have to go through me fists

I go to my room and get ready for school I stop by at rains house and pick her up I'm not going to tell her anything my dad and her dad have been discussing because I know it will kill her and she has just stopped having nightmares

"Hey my handsome boy" she smiles as she got in the car "hey my beautiful future wife" I kiss her "are you okay you seem really off" she cuffs my face I hate keeping secrets from her and she can always tell when I'm lying "I'm okay just thinking" she smiles and I smile back we get to school

I kiss her bye as she goes to her fists lesson I find Jb and pope in the cafeteria I rush over and sit down next to Jb "wohhh slow down what's wrong" I look over at pope raising his eyebrows "rain is In trouble" they look at me worried "what do you mean she is in trouble" I sighed and told them everything that I heard "what are we going to do" Jb questioned "well her dad is right if she finds out she won't stop till she can kill him" pope butted in

"I won't let anything happen to her and I hate lying to get she knows when there is something off" then I felt an arm go around me I look up to see rain "who do you hate lying too" she asked confused "oh just our history teacher" pope said as an attempt to stop her from asking any more questions she give us a weird look and said nothing else

Finally school was over I decided that I would go over and stay the night with rain just to make sure she is safe

As I get there I am greeted by her second oldest brother carter "hey maybank" he says pulling me in for a hug "hey carter" I laugh pulling away

I go up to rains room and jump on her bed "hello baby" she says lifting her head up "hello my future wife are you okay you don't look well" she shakes her head "no I feel awful I feel like I have been hit by a bus" I get in a comfortable position and she puts her head on my chest "don't worry my love I will look after you" I say whilst stroking her hair to give her some comfort "I love you jj maybank what would I do without you" she smiles "I love you too rain cooper"

I wake up to the sound of someone screaming "no mammy don't do this" I look over to see rain crying and panicking i quickly pull her into a hug witch wakes her up "rain it's okay I'm here your safe it was just a nightmare" I stroke her hair "l-l don't know what's going o-on I h-haven't had a n-nightmare in ages" she cries "your safe no matter what happens your safe"
