Nick looks at you and chuckles.

"Oh for real damn? Honestly, my friends and I  all thought an old lady moved next to us and was about to complain."

He laughs about it and you look at him and don't say a word to him.

"Dang I gotta tell Tanner and the guys when we go back home."

You didn't say a word and then you changed the subject you got your bag and water bottle.

"Well thank you for helping nice to meet you btw later."

You walk away from him and go to the bathroom to clean up.

Nick was about to say something to you but then he stopped himself.

"Why am I so stupid sometimes around girls?"

Tanner comes around and tells him.

"And that's why you don't have no bitches Nick."

He laughs about it and pats his back.

"So who's the hot chick?"

Nick looks at him and tells him.

"Well get this remember we talked about the new neighbor that just moved next to us and thought about it being an old lady?"

Tanner looks at him.

"Yeah? Why?"

Nick picks up his water bottle keys and phone.

"Well, we were wrong that girl over there was our neighbor her name is y/n."

Tanner looks at him all surprised and he hits the back of his head.

"Ow, what the hell what was that for?"

Tanner gets after him.

"Dude, she hot and looks cool and she kinda looks like she's around our same age too."

Tanner looks and sees you walking out of the gym.

"Damn, maybe I'll go later and say hello to her and introduce myself and be a nice gentleman not like you idiot. Hurry let's go get some food we have to do a podcast in a bit or Isaac going to complain about us being late."

Tanner goes to the men's bathroom and Nick gets his stuff and he thinks about what he said to you.

"Damn, now I kinda regret telling her that she thinks now I'm a jerk, oh well I guess."

Nick goes to meet up with Tanner and they both walk out of the gym Nick drives off to get food and go back to the house.

•Couple Hours Later•

You did all the errands you needed to do and took a nice shower after the gym and you thought about what Nick told you.

"Damn I was trying to be nice and then he was being such a jerk."

You sit on the couch then you let out and big sigh and shake your head.

"Okay, why I'm getting sad for a stupid guy like him whatever."

You go upstairs and sit on your chair and look at your computer and think about searching for jobs.

"I need to do something about getting money to be able to pay rent and stuff u need for myself I told myself I was going either to work school or maybe?"

You type into your computer and log into your Twitch account.

"Dang, it's been a year since I been back on here streaming."

You look over and see your mic and camera.

"Hmmm maybe in the meantime I'll do some streaming and then find a job at the same time."

You get up and pick up the box and take out the stuff you have on there.

"Alright let's get some of the stuff I need to set up and fix it up."

•The Group Chat House•

Everyone was finishing up their podcast topics on Discord and then Tanner came up with one last subject to talk about.

"Okay to close I need to discuss what happened today at the gym."

Nick looks up at his computer screen and gives Tanner a look and looks back down quickly.

Isaac starts to laugh a little.

"Oh, here we go what happened this time Tanner?"

Then Yumi talks and looks at his computer screen.

"Nick, is there something you wanna say?"

Nick doesn't look up and he looks at his phone.

"Nope, I don't know what you're talking about."

Tanner starts to laugh.

"Oh, you know what I'm talking about."

Larry starts to get curious.

"Tell us what happened?"

Tanner looks at Nick from the computer and then chuckles.

"Sorry Nick I'm going to say it, so Nick and I were at the gym and we were minding our own business then he saw a girl struggling to come back up from doing squats."

Issac interrupts Tanner.

"Oh damn is she okay?"

Tanner continues with the story.

"She okay Nick ran and helped her up and they were talking and all and then Nick was laughing at her about something then she got her stuff and left."

Everyone in the discord yells out except for Nick who doesn't say a word.

"DAMN!"

Everyone laughed then Yumi said.

"Damn Nick what the hell did you say to piss her off.

Nick looks up and puts his phone down.

"Okay half of that was true here what happened I did help her she thanked me and then she told me to remember we all talked about the new neighbor and you all thought it was an old lady living there.

Everyone said.

"Yea?"

Nick continues with the story.

"So she told me I'm your new neighbor I just moved in and I told her we all thought it was an old lady living there and I laughed about it but I think she took the joke a little harsh."

Issac interrupts.

"Oh well yea I would kinda feel bad about it dang now I feel bad.

Everyone agrees with Issac. Then Nick mentions.

"Yeah I kinda feel bad but I don't care she talks to me anyways."

He shrugs his shoulders then Larry mentions.

"Is she cute tho?"

Nick looks up and smirks and then everyone looks at him and Yumi tells him.

"Ahh shit someone has a crush."

Nick didn't say anything and then Issac changed the subject.

"Okay I think we should end it for the night everyone thank you y'all for listening to the podcast see y'all for the next episode."

Everyone said bye and signed off Discord then everyone met in the living room and Issac came up with a plan.

"Tomorrow we all going to meet up with the new neighbor next door and introduce ourselves and be nice not like Nick."

Nick goes back upstairs.

"Whatever, I'm going to be in my room chilling."
