Chapter 3

Jennie might have experienced her first heartbreak, when Rosé barged into her office happily, waving an envelope just as she entered

"Jennie! I'm accepted, I'm going to saudi!" she ran towards the other girl still sitting in her office chair dumbfounded and throw herself into a hug

The thought of Rosé leaving for another country is not what Jennie had expected. She just met her, and she just had someone she wants to be with all the time that is her own, it's only been a year and Rosé is going away which is not what she expected to happen, she knows Rosé is happy but she's not. They were inseparable even though they are busy with work, they find a way to be together and this separation is the last thing in Jennie's mind. If money is the only answer so she wouldn't leave, Jennie will give her everything, but there's always the question of "What does Rosé want?".

Rosé wanted this, she applied for this, what's her right to complain? All her life, Rosé wanted to provide for her family and she can't be the reason that this dream won't come true because she doesn't want Rosé to leave

"Jennie?"

Rosé called when Jennie didn't react to her news, she looked at her and was surprised that tears are falling from her eyes. She wiped it and called her again

"Jennie, why are you crying?"

Jennie focused on Rosé and saw the worry in her eyes, she panicked when she felt the tears on her face so she collected herself and breathe deeply

"I-I'm just so happy for you Rosé " She smiled but her eyes tell something different, Rosé saw it, she knows Jennie

"Are you sure?" Jennie nods while wiping her tears then smiled

"Yes! We should celebrate! When will you leave?" she still smiled while hugging the girl on top of her trying to hide her face

"Next week "

If Jennie's heart is made of glass, she swears she heard it shatter that instant

Rosé left, and Jennie brought her to the airport along with Grandma Elise and Elias, she will be gone for two years as per her contract, that's why jennie can't help but cry

"I'm gonna miss you so much" she cried while hugging Rosé, it was so tight that Rosé can't breathe

"Shhhh...I'll be back, Jennie," she said while rubbing her back

"Promise me whatever happens when you need any kind of help always call me "

"You're the only one I can think of who can help me, Jennie"

"Well, you should"

"Demanding"

"Don't joke Rosé, I'm serious"

"Okay, okay, Don't be mad"

"hmmmmp!" Jennie punches her shoulder and hugged her again one more time

"Okay, go now Rosé, your plane might leave you"

"Yes, grandma. Elias! Take care of grandma" Elias, grandma Elise and Rosé huddled in a hug, then they watched her enter the airport.

Leo and Fred are getting worried for Jennie, the first week of Rosé being gone, Jennie slammed herself with work. She goes home very late from the office and just goes straight to bed. In the second week, Jennie goes straight to the bar with her cousins after work, there she just drinks and drinks until Rob and Axl drag her out and brings her home. The worst is after a month, Jennie just ditched work and cried the whole week after Fred said, she can't drink alcohol anymore after they brought her to the ER one night.
