I sighed standing near the door since Akutagawa said Chuuya-San was going to come to get us soon...

But he didn't we sat there for a whole 30 minutes likely looking like idiots "where is he? I thought he texted you that he'd be here.." I held the 4 bags on my arms hoping the bags won't fall from how long I've been holding them I stared at Akutagawa which I was sure was in his own mini world

"I didn't..."

He said bluntly "HUH!" I gasped "All this time we spent standing here...For nothing!!" I yelled Akutagawa just stared not caring until I caught Akutagawa looking at a bakery which radiated a sweet fresh sent "Do you want to go to the bakery?" I asked but was met by a pout "Of course not I don't want to do such childish things!" He scowled at me his voice harsh

"Well let's go anyway and while we're there this time contact Chuuya so we WONT look like fools..." I said raising my voice a bit   Akutagawa scoffed walking towards the bakery which also happened to be a cafe "Says the fool.." He  argued as I just rolled my eyes walking in we was greeted by a lady she looked at least 19 years old

She had light brown hair and gray sharp eyes like Akutagawa with a strange aura around her whatever it was felt

"Can I help you?" She asked since I likely looked awkward staring "Sorry you just looked familiar...!" I explained with a shy smile "O-Oh it's fine..." She smiled "table for 2" Akutagawa sighed seeing the awkwardness was never ending

After a awkward walk to a empty table which didn't take long due to the lack of people we both sat on opposite sides I placed my bags down as two menus were placed in front of us "here's your menu's! Though to be honest I believe you 2 would love our mini apple pie's" She smiled standing professionally "Ok thank you a lot" She smiled "it's nothing after all it is rare to have costumer's I'm just trying my best impression of our business! Anyway enjoy,I have to be sure I don't start a line!" She said seeing more people was coming inside before rushing away

I stared at Akutagawa who had a obvious cringe on his face "that was as awkward as watching a high school girl confess to her crush..." he commented I just pouted before opening my menu looking at stuff as awkwardness spread through the air "I mean apple pie sounds good..." I said passively not knowing how to speak with him considering we haven't spoken much to each other since the argument the other day or really at all

Akutagawa sighed seeing right through my intentions "just get the damn apple pie so we can go..." He said closing the menu I crossed my arms after doing the same "fine!...you don't know how hard it is talking to someone like you!" I pouted as  Akutagawa just rolled his eyes

I saw a waitress walk up to us wearing a kind smile "Are you two ready to order?" She asked "Yes-" I tried to say before being cut off "2 apple pies,a milk tea and hot milk with 2 cubes of sugar...to go please" he said his voice and face monotone "ok sir coming right up!" She smiled walking away "wha-how did you know?" I stuttered

He looked at his phone then up once more "I mean you wear staring and mumbling about it like a idiot and plus Chuuya texted me he should be here in a bit..." he said bluntly I blushed from embarrassment as I looked down eventually I saw a small white box with gold lettering and outline as well as a warm cup get placed in front of me I looked up to see the waitress handing Akutagawa's tea to him
