Jisoo pov
"Hey Jeonghan! Slow down!" I said, chasing behind him as he pushes the cart.
"I don't need to slow down you just have to hurry up!" He teased with a cheeky smile.
I lightly jogged towards him. How long has it been since I've gone shopping with someone else? I might like being alone sometimes but all those solo trips really does something to you after a long time.
Jeonghan helped grab all the essentials, like sugar, salt, pepper, spices, sauces, rice, herbs basically stocked up my entite fridge in 30 mins.
"You seem to know your stuff gordon ramsay" I said in a semi-sarcastic tone.
"Well you see mister lawyer, when I was a teenager I wanted to be a chef so I self studied a lot. My parents supported me but I was hit by reality after a few years, so I gave up. I still love cooking though."
My expression changed after that, and he seemed to notice.
"Hey! No need to get so down in the dumps, that was in the past! Now I can cook for you! And I can get all the ingredients I want with your fancy card right mistet lawyer?"
I giggled a little. He really knew how to cheer people up.
"Of course, whatever you want."
He looked back to me gleefully. Lets go! I tagged beside him as we walked to another aisle
"You sure you can carry all that Jisoo?" Jeonghan asked, following closely beside me holding a small plastic bag.
I reassured him, "I go to the gym to pass time, this is nothing." as I nudged him a little.
"Seriously?!" He touched my upper arm suddenly.
"W-what-"
"Woah! I don't know how I never noticed you're ripped!" Jeonghan said, still feeling my arm.
"T-thanks." I stuttered, trying to keep a straight face.
He backed up after that
"Sorry I shoukd have asked for permission. Do you not like being touched?" He said in a small voice.
"No not at all! I was just surprised that's it. I actually quite enjoy it" I responded, I didn't want to seem so awkward.
"Really? Then what about this!" He hooked our arms together. "Do you like it?"
Yes, yes I do
"Of course"
His face lit up in that moment.
"Hehe I'll keep that in mind" He chuckled, as he rested his head on my shoulder.
A chilling gust of wind blew past us as we exited the grocery store
"Cold?" I asked, "You're not wearing much layers right now."
He nuzzled his head deeper, so his hair was poking my neck. He closed the gap between our bodies, it was like we were interlocked.
"Not any more."
