He's actually terrified of you when it's that time.
When Cory says or does something that even slightly annoys you, you will go full beast mode. You will yell at him so loud even the neighbours can hear. Sometimes you will go as far as throwing things.
When you have finally calmed down though, Cory will try to help put you in a good mood, which sometimes succeeds because he's so goofy.

He knows what's going on with you. He was listening a little when learning about the reproductive system.
He feels so bad for you, not only you but all the girls in the world. Shawn will get you everything you need without complaining.
Heat pad? Got it. Pads/Tampons? Check. Warm blanket? Yep. He'll get literally anything for you and try to distract you from the pain.

Your period usually comes right after hers ends.
Although Topanga is still understandably, a little grumpy, she isn't really in the mood to deal with you. That might sound bad, but after her annoyance wears off, (which usually takes about a day or so.) She is ready to take care of you.
You aren't at all mad that she doesn't care for you on the first day, I mean she literally just finished hers, and she makes up for it by giving you all her attention throughout the rest of your period.

He has a lot of sympathy for you and will try his best to make you feel better.
Jack will cook you homemade meals and make sure you feel comfortable at all times. He will try to soothe you when you get angry by hugging you, which succeeds all the time.

Eric wouldn't understand why you suddenly became so mad, but then sad, and then happy, all in a range of 5 minutes.
You had to explain to him what a period was, and when the information finally went in his head, he was absolutely flabbergasted. He didn't know women went through such pain.
After hearing that, he gave you extra cuddles and let you pick a movie to watch with him.

Your periods sync up with each other.
It's always either yelling at each other, crying with each other, or just lying down together lazily. You both just cuddle and watch a movie or something.
Another thing you do while cuddling is listen to music with one earphone in your ears.
