[Alora P.O.V.]

I stepped up to the giant bat. It immediately took to the sky and blitz down at me. I used the wind power I had on my feet to skate out of the way. The bat crashed into the ground, causing the ground to shake.

Y/n : {I'm a speedster character, but Alora is an all arounder. If she focuses on speed, she'll be fine against the slow Jargepe.}

The bat launched a sonic blast at me. I jumped over it, and it blew up a car behind me. I spin in the air and launched myself towards the bat, cleaving its arms off. However, I wasn't fast enough to dodge its next attack, and it blasted me into the ground with another sonic blast. It destroyed my ear drums and ruptured my kidney.

Y/n : *faint* ALORA!

I could barely hear anything. It tried to attack me again, but I blocked it with my scythe.

Alora : Die.

I ran up its arm. It tried to slap me off, but then I jumped over it and cut its head clean off, ending the fight.

[Y/n P.O.V.]

I ran over to Alora.

Y/n : *worried* Alora, are you ok?!

I activated my skills, Visor Pulse. It doubled as both a healing and decay skill. I used it to heal her ears and internal wounds.

Y/n : How are you...?

Alora : I'm... better... What did you do?

Y/n : It was just my skill. It doubles as a support skill.

Alora : That's... amazing.

I walked over and grabbed the monster's core. I then handed it to Alora.

Y/n : One down, five more to go. {Intamacy open.}

At 80.

Y/n : {Seems it went up one from me healing her. Well, time to start the bs.}

[Keldio P.O.V.]

I was attacking several monsters. I had just dispatched my third one.

Keldio : Alright, let's go!

Inaya : *slow clapping* Well done, Kel-chan.

Keldio : *laughs* Thanks.

Inaya : You're truly amazing *heart eyes* in all ways.

We had collected six monster core combind.

Keldio : Alright. Let's head back.

Inaya : Aye.

I actually didn't kill any monsters. I just murder people who already did. I had gotten extra cores in case my love failed to obtain them.

I had wrapped my arms around his arm. I stared into his ruby red eyes and gazed at his beautiful brown hair.

Both me and Alora had dispatched two monsters each. Now, we both just needed one.

Y/n : Alora, wait.

I stopped her to fix her hair.
