Ch 2 : Oh Shoot... I'm Ahead

Keldio : Hey, you look like a kemenohito. What species are you?

Kemenohitos are beast people who coexist beside humans. You have cats, dogs, bunnies, foxes, lizards, and birds people.

Alora : I'm uh... not a kemenohito...

Keldio : Then what are you?

Alora : I'm... I'm a... I-I...

Y/n : Hey, come now, man. Don't pry into her business.

Alora looked at me with shock. In the original story, Alora doesn't get to say what she is because the president comes to talk about the damage caused by Javon and Keldio's fight. But that didn't happen, so she wouldn't have a pardon.

Keldio : Eh, I guess you're right.

Y/n : What's your name? Both of you.

Keldio : Heh, the name is Keldio.

Alora : I-I'm Alora... *blush* H-Hi...

Y/n : Y-... Sire. {Better use his name.}

When I played this game, I always took the Alora ending because it was so wholesome, yet tragic. I know this girl like the back of my hand. If I were to alter this game, my best chance was through her.

Keldio : Hey, you guys wanna walk to the field together?

Y/n : Sure.

Alora : R-Really?

Keldio : Yeah. It could be fun.

Alora : Ok then...

Y/n : {That line is on point.}

We started to walk to the field together. Keldio kept asking Alora questions, but she kept shy dodging them. I usually didn't like slow speakers or overly shy people, but Alora was the exception because I knew who she truly was. We arrived at the cafeteria to grab snacks real quick. We then headed to the field and were supposed to wait there for 20 minutes. Keldio soon headed to the bathroom, leaving me and Alora alone.

Y/n : Hey, Alora... Will you be my girlfriend?

Alora : *red blush* What?!

Y/n : {I'm expecting this to fail, but that's ok. Because the more disruption, the better.} You are the cutest, more beautiful girl I've ever met in my life. And I would love it if you'd be my girlfriend. {And if I do succeed, my first girlfriend will be the waifu of my dream. I see this as an absolute win.}

Alora in the games was never shown real love. Even Keldio only saw her as a friend unless you took her route. So, this would break her.

Alora : *tamato blush* *uncontrollably stuttering*

Y/n : It's ok. You don't need to give me your answer right now?

Alora : I don't... think you'd wanna do that...

Y/n : Is it because your father's Peraticas.

Alora : *shocked* Wha... h-how did you know?

Alora : *embarrassed* Yeah... n-nothing much.

Alora looked at me with curious eyes through her blushing face.

Alora was already 71 out of 100. For a quick run down, 0 is stranger, 20 is cold, 40 is friends, 60 is affectionate. 80 is love, and once you reach 100, you can pursue that waifu's ending. The waifus also all have individual growth as well. Alora, for instance, starts off as a basic dandere, but over the corse of the game and down her affection meter, she grows some goudere characteristics, which I found really attractive.

Y/n : {If I steal one of Keldio's waifus, I should be able to rewite the entirety of the plot. It showed her affection for him is only... 23... that's actually kind of high. Her's usually starts out at 10. She must have gained more because they interacted more than they were supposed to.}

More and more people started to gather around us as the hour drew nearer. Then, everyone arrived, including the president, who was the principal of the school.

President : Alright, will everyone step up to the stage one by one. This orb will say your power, chosen weapon, and ranks.

Everyone walked up one by one. Some had F, and some had B, but most were C and D. In the games story, only 6 people in the entire game's world were S graded in one of their categories. I'll break this down. Your rank defined how your weapon and power was. While you were stuck with your weapon and couldn't change its grade, you could grow in your energetic mana, growing stronger and stronger, so the rank for that wasn't stale.

Y/n : *whistles*

In the game, you have a few different S ranks. First was Keldio, who was... you know... op harem protag. Next was Ebadin, the student council president. Next was obviously Peraticas, the main antagonistic. Then, you had the vice principal, Alison. The last two were part of Keldio's harem. One was Luxury, who I really didn't like, because I hated tsuderes. In fact, it was the reason she was a himedere in the first place. However, the much scarier one was Inaya, and my main concern in this world. She was an anti-villain to the story due to her yandere and sadist antics. If you chose her route, she kills all the other girls in your harem and replaces Peraticasas, the main antagonistic. I assume if I die here, I would die permanently. So, I'll have to get on her good side without making her fall in love with me.

Alora : I-It's my turn.

Alora heads up to the stage and touches the orb. She was given an A rank death scythe and a C rank Areoblast skill. These were skills I loved to use when I played her, making her my favorite character in the game. This was what actually started her bullying in the game. Her skill Aeroblast usually isn't that strong, but it's the best glow up skill in the game. It could become the deadly skill in the game, causing people to bully her. Keldio constantly defended her, causing her determination to get stronger, but... I'm here now... wait, I'm here now...
