before we start, i just want to start off with @cupidsem inspired me to write this!
Madison's pov-
"Madison, honey, wake up." My mom stood over me smiling.
"Good morning mom." I smiled back, rubbing my eyes.
"I've already put your stuff in the car, but you need to get ready. Just put some clothes on and uh brush your hair and teeth." She said.
She helped me out of my bed and once i was up, she left my room, closing the door behind her.
There was a soft knock at my door after I had brushed my hair/teeth.
"Come in?" I said softly, mainly because it was early.
"Sissy." Rose walked in.
"What's wrong?" I asked, noticing she was crying.
"I don't want you to leave." She hugged me while crying.
"Oh I'm sorry, Rose. It's only for two weeks though. I'll be back, I swear. And if it makes you feel any better, I think you and Cosmo are coming with mom to drop me off at the airport." I smiled, wiping her tears.
"Okay, I just love you." She said softly.
"I love you too." I smiled.
After she left my room, I changed clothes and grabbed my phone. I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. Mom was feeding Cosmo a bottle, and Colin was sitting at the counter feeding Rose.
"Good morning sweets." Colin smiled, hugging me.
Colin and I have a really good relationship. Mainly because I see how happy my mom is with him, plus he's just a great dude overall.
I quickly drank the smoothie my mom had made for me. We all headed out to the car and mom drove us to the airport. Everybody got out and Colin helped me grab my stuff out of the trunk.
"Thanks." I smiled, as Colin got my stuff out of the car.
He nodded and mom and the babies got out.
"Bye Maddy." Rose said hugging me.
"Bye Rosie." I bent down to hug her.
"I love you." She whispered in my ear while hugging me.
"I love you too." I whispered back.
I kissed Cosmo on the head, hugged Colin, and hugged my mom.
"Love you guys." I smiled before walking into the airport.
I went through bag check/security. I soon saw Mason standing at the gate waiting on me.
"MASON!" I ran to him and we hugged.
He hugged me tightly, "OMG. I feel like we haven't seen each other in months."
"Because we haven't." I said in a 'duh' tone.
He laughed and we stopped hugging.
"So like I'm really craving some starbs right now." I said out of the blue.
"me too." He smiled.
We both got up and walked to the starbucks in the airport. We ordered two Iced Chai Tea Latte's and he paid for it.
"Thank you." I smiled.
"You're welcome." He smiled back.
Once we got our drinks, we both went back to the gate seating and sat down.
