anastasia turned on the TV, as everyone sat down in the living room, either on the couches or floor.

the movie started, and everyone was quiet, other than antonella who kept stealing amir's snacks.

amir and antonella. alejandro, anastasia, and pedri. valeria and fermin. mateo and ferran. those were the exact way that everyone was sitting.

joão was sitting with amina at one end of the couch, sharing popcorn and sweets.

"i can't believe you don't like dark chocolate, joão. i'm heartbroken." she fake cried, pretending to wipe her tears.

joão laughed, shutting her up with a piece of popcorn. "ami, shut your mouth."

she glared at him, before turning her attention back to the movie.

anastasia shouted at the screen. "chad, leave jenna alone she's my girlfriend!"

everyone laughed at her antics, as her anger died down.

the movie started getting to the scene where chad was "dying".

amina was crying, soon leaving joão to notice.

"holy fuck, ami, are you crying?" he widened his eyes, grabbing her chin gently as turning her face to his.

she sniffled, laying her head in the crook of his neck, crying even more. "i love chad.." she cried out, her tears being absorbed by joão's shirt.

joão chuckled, running his hand through her hair comfortingly.

"it's just a movie, he's still alive in real life.." he whispered, laughing once again.

she shook her head, turning to look at the screen once more. "you don't get it.."

he gave her a piece of dark chocolate, watching as she immediately got happy, wiping her tears before continuing to watch.

once the movie finished, everyone started to clean up, since they didn't want amina and amir to clean after their mess.

joão was talking to pedri, laughing and not knowing that amina was asleep in his arms.

"joão, shh! she's sleeping!" pedri whisper shouted, slapping joão's neck before running off.

"huh-"

he looked down, to see amina's head on his shoulder and neck, her breathing faint.

"this girl really does like to sleep, hm.?" he whispered to himself, chuckling before picking her up, wrapping her legs around him so she wouldn't fall.

"stas, where's her room?" he whispered while walking to the kitchen where everyone was ordering food.

"next floor, all the way at the end of the hallway to your right." she winked, making a heart with her hands to mock joão.

"shut up, we're just friends." he muttered, walking up the stairs and towards her room.

he laid her down on her bed, tucking her into the blanket before turning around.

before he could walk away, she grabbed his hand, making him turn to look down at her.

"stay.." she mumbled against her pillow, pulling him towards her.

"amina, i can't.. i have to go back downstairs.." he whispered, running his thumb across her hand.

he wanted to give in, so, so much, but he knew he shouldn't.

"please?" she frowned, looking at him pleadfully.

he sighed, rubbing his temples before laying down next to her.

"you're so stubborn, ami."

she slapped his arm playfully, glaring at him. "i am not!"

"then tell me why i'm in your bed right now even though i shouldn't be here?" he spoke sassily, making her giggle.

"girl, you're so sassy!" she cackled, while he looked at her, rolling his eyes.

"and that's because you want to, i didn't make you." she whispered once her laughter died down.

he stayed quiet, knowing that she was completely right.

"shut up."

he pulled her towards him, hugging her tightly, running his hands through her hair as she quickly fell asleep, leaving him to do the same.
