Rehan's POV

The gentle rays of sunlight poured through the partially drawn curtains, delicately illuminated her face, while she lay peacefully beside me. The clarity of her features, accentuated by the soft glow, seemed to be a mesmerizing work of art. She was looking like a dream

Her eyelashes cast gentle shadows on her cheeks, the slight curve of her lips, and the serene expression on her face strung a cord inside my heart and a small smile crept at the end of my lips.

I couldn't believe my eyes that she was there, beside me, sleeping in my arms. If I could, I would never let her go away from my arms. Even though I didn't want to leave the bed but I still had some business to take care so I firmly placed her head on the pillow and got up from the bed, headed towards the shower I thought about the man who had stolen the confidential information about my company and gave it to a rival just for some money. I need to teach him a lesson. I quickly showered and went towards the back of the palace.

There he was, tied to the pebble while my men were taking good care of him—a slight relief formed on my face on seeing his carved body and blood flowing from his wounds.

Sir please mujhe maaf kardo mujhe Jaane do.. Please sir.

He was begging me to let him go. But how could I? He betrayed me and my company and I hate cheaters.

I took the bottle of acid from Karan and poured it onto his wounds, a satisfactorily smile bloomed on my face. The Growling of a man filled the room, his screams were like a melody to my ears. I have always been covered in blood even when I was a kid and now I enjoy it.

How dare you deceive me, Aman? You know I hate cheaters. You betrayed your master who gave you a place to live and food to eat just for some money.

Sir, I am sorry, I am sorry sir. Next time se aesa nhi hoga. Abhi mujhe Jane de dijiye. Please, sir. Please. He begged me.

Jane du? Itni aasaani se? Nah and I twitched my lips. I took the knife from Karan and drove through his Thighs.

There will be no next time. You made a mistake Aman and you know there will be consequences now.

Untie him, I told to one of my men. They all looked surprisingly at me and Aman glinted hope in his eyes. I loved it. I loved it whenever I got to crush someone's hope.

Karan untied Aman and he started limping. I took a rope from the side table and pulled Aman by it through his legs and everyone started laughing. I guess they were all enjoying it too.

Mujhe accha nhi lag rha hai Aman tumhe aese tadpa ke par kya kare tumne galti bhi toh kari hai na while I said keeping my gun on his head.

He knelt in front of me and his body was shivering because of fear.

Sir, please mujhe Jane dijiye mere ghar par before he could finish his sentence, I pressed the trigger and the bullet passed straight through his forehead.

As soon as the man fell onto the ground I heard the noise of the breaking of a vase as I went closer to the entrance gate, I felt a knot in my stomach after seeing Rhea there she was with a shocked expression and my heart stopped for a second.

Rhea's POV

The warmth of sunshine broke my sleep and I woke up without him being present beside me. My mind recalled yesterday's event and I felt sick. I thought of sleeping again but something didn't feel right. I liked being in his arms, I felt peace when he slept beside me. I wanted to thank him for being so supportive so I quickly disbanded all my negative thoughts and focused on the new bound feelings.
