8. MARRIAGE

Author's POV

Rhea and her family has just arrived in Udaipur and they were welcomed by the whole Raghuvanshi family. The palace was looking beyond beautiful and everyone in the city was excited to meet their new queen. Rehan was dressing up as the groom and all his friends were waiting for him.
Rishi - how much time you need to get ready??
Karan - even if you take hours to get ready but still Rhea will look much prettier than you.
Rehan - of course she will I am nothing in for of her.
Rohit - bhai everyone is waiting for you downstairs to do some rituals.
Rehan wore a white sherwani with a sword in one hand he went downstairs towards the hallway along with his brother and friends.

Rehan 's outfit

Rehan' s Mom performed some rituals then they headed towards wedding mandap in palace's beautiful garden. It was decorated with Rhea 's favourite flowers white lilies there were some beautiful lanterns.
on the other hand Rhea was getting ready but there was no excitement on her face, the makeup artist was doing her makeup one was making her hair and other one was applying henna on her hands and feet.
Ankita sharma- rhea your bridal lehenga has arrived.
Naina - oh my god Rhea look at this beauty.
Ishita - Rhea I must say his Choice is really good.
Preeeti - of course Ishita after all he chose our Rhea.
The ivory lehenga was filled with small details and crystals. It was beautiful yet simple just like Rhea.

Rhea 's outfit

Rhea' s mother put the dupatta on her head and her father along with her friends and brother walked her down the aisle. Her mother 's eyes were covered in tears. Her father was trying really hard not to cry. Her brother carried her to the stage where Rehan was already waiting. Seeing her his jaw dropped she was looking like a dream.

Rehan' s POV

Seeing her in that lehenga felt like a dream she was looking phenomenal, just like a Princess. During the whole time when priest was reciting some mantras I was looking at her I just can't get enough of her. I put the mangalsutra around her neck and vermillion on her forehead. Finally we are married.

Congratulations Mrs Rhea Singh raghuvanshi I said to her.
Rhea - you know na your bad days start from today.
We'll see about that.
Rohan - treat her like a Princess she is otherwise I will wreak havoc on you.

No need to worry about that Rohan She will always be happy with Me and I will make sure that there are no tears in her eyes.

Rhea hugged her family members and then we went towards the terrace to greet the city. Everyone seemed really excited to see their queen and king. We distributed some gifts to everyone and finally we started going towards our room.
Rhea - I am so tired Ishu.
As soon as I heard her I took her in my arms, bridal style and started climbing the stairs.
Rhea - why would you do that Mr. Raghuvanshi please let me go I can walk.

It's a custom sweetheart.
Rhea - stop lying I have never heard of it.
Rohit - it is our infamous custom bhabhi and don't worry bhai is really strong he won't drop you.
We bid farewell to everyone and walked in our room. I put her down.

Rhea 's POV

I was tired as hell. I just wanted to crash on the bed. As soon as We entered the room he put me down. The room was so huge. It had a king size bed at the centre and his shirtless photo above it. Oh my god he looked so good in that picture.

Rehan - sweetheart I am in front of you and I won't mind you staring at me you know the actual me not the picture. I mean I know I am looking like a snack in that picture.

Seriously?? Mr. Raghuvanshi stop flattering.

The room had a balcony with a small bed in it. It was so aesthetic. I can read my book all day sitting on that bed. The room also had it's own personal terrace, fridge and a walk in closet down the stairs along with bathroom. I quickly changed into my shorts and oversized T shirt and crashed on the bed. I put the pillow in between his side and mine. As soon as I saw him coming from the closet. I took out my phone from the purse and started talking on it.

Rehan - wow sweetheart I didn't know that you have this amazing talent of talking to people with phone upside down? Let me also hear it.

Fuck Rhea why do you have to be so silly all the time. How can you not realise that the phone was upside down.

I felt so embarrassed that I didn't even look at him once and decided to sleep.

Listen I am sleepy. And a Reminder that this side is a no entry zone I told him directed towards the pillow that divided the bed into 2 parts. You sleep on that side and I will sleep on this side. He was smirking. Of course he will Why will he not? I acted so stupid with the whole phone thing. Ughhh

Rehan 's POV

She got so irritated when I told her that the phone is upside down.
Rhea - I am going to sleep now

I woke up early and I felt so peaceful seeing her sleeping beside me. She was literally sleeping like a baby. I pinned the hair strand behind her ear. My heart skipped a beat and I kept gazing at her beautiful face. There was different kind of peace reflecting on her face and at that time I promised myself to always maintain that peace on her face no matter what I would tear the whole world apart if anyone tries to snatch that peace from her.
