Red's POV:
I wake up to the sound of a different alarm, I jolt up. I look around to realize I'm in Evermore's room.
"Sleep well?" Evermore asks, and puts her book down. I look around confused. "Red?"
"Sorry, yea just really confused on why I am in here, not trying to sound rude," I say rubbing my eyes.
"You got really drunk last night and I just put you in my bed, because Lover and Rep would've woken you up," Evermore says, with a sweet smile on her face.
"Well thank you," I say and smile. She smiles back.
I decide to get up and go to my room to get changed. I pick out an all red outfit as usual. After that I go back to Ev's room.
"Well hello again Red!" Evermore says and laughs. I just laugh along. I sit next to her on her loveseat in her room.
"So Rep wanted to play truth or dare last night, but you were out so she said she wanted to play today. You in?" Evermore asks and puts an arm around me. I nod. "Looks like someone doesn't wanna talk."
"Well I did just wake up," I say. Evermore shrugs and nods.
"Ugh, let's talk about something, I don't know what but I just wanna talk." Evermore says and laughs at herself.
"Well I feel like our friendship has gotten a little weird lately, and I don't know why," I say. I do know why I'm just not gonna tell her I'm deeply In love with her.
"Yea it has felt a little shaky," Evermore says. Don't tear up, don't cry, stop yourself. A tear rolls down my face. "Red, you ok?" Evermore asks and wipes my tear. I nod.
"I just- I don't know I have a lot of stress on my back right now," I say.
"Wanna talk about it?" Evermore asks. Ahh don't say no, but don't tell her.
"Well, I don't- yeah, I do wanna talk about it," I say. DONT SAY ANYTHING STUPID! "So I like really like you, and it's putting a lot of stress on me because I don't know if you like me back. My parents died in a car crash, yesterday. I had to break the news to my sister, life's hard," I ramble, not knowing I just told Ev I liked her.
"Number one, I am so sorry for you," Evermore says, and hugs me. "Two, you like me? And you didn't tell me?" Evermore asks confused.
"Yeah, I just did- don't know if you feel the same and I'm sor-" Evermore kisses me.
"Shhhhh, it's ok," Evermore says once she breaks the kiss. I'm speechless, can hardly breath from shock. IS THIS REAL?!
"I-I don't Ev-even know what to say," I say.
"Then don't say anything," Evermore kisses me again, this time it was longer. But of course it had to be ruined by Folklore and Midnights. Evermore jolted back. "Guys leave!"
"I was looking for my cha-" Folklore starts.
"Just leave," Evermore yells, "Now where we're we?"
