...
the next day came, shikanoin was sitting at the same place, in the same position once again, his gaze fixated at people walking down the less busy road.

"i knew you'd be here." a familiar voice said, his footsteps louder as he got closer. "greetings kaedehara, here to annoy me again? if so, please don't as i'm still too busy admiring the wind." shikanoin said bitterly as he faced the crimson eyed man.

kaedahara smiled, sitting beside the auburn. "don't worry shikanoin, you'll be seeing me more often. oh and to keep simple, you can call me kazuha, we're friends after all." he said as he took a glance at the eyes he once called beautiful.

"ok, since when did I agree to being friends with you? fine kazuha, if you want to be my friend, i prefer them not bothering me." shikanoin said rudely, it was always his nature after all.

"no can do! you seem like an interesting person, what's your name?" kaedehara asked the other. "I already told you it's shikanoin." he replied with a pissed off voice.

kazuha looked at the auburn, unamused. "you know what I mean." the albino said, not wanting to repeat his sentence. "heizou." the olive eyed replied almost immediately.

"heizou.. that's a very beautiful name. nice to meet you heizou!" kaedehara said nudging the other's shoulder. "stop with your enthusiasm it's hurting my head. if you want to stay here, be silent and admire the so called beauty of the horizon." heizou said, looking back down at the road.

kazuha smiled, his eyes now following at each cloud that passes. "i'd say, we're both quite alike heizou." kaedehara said, and shikanoin responded with a hum. pfft them, alike? i don't think so.

kazuha stared above at the sky, the sunset making each cloud shimmer with color, it truly made him smile to see this much light. shikanoin on the other hand looked down at the road, he watched as the sunset reflected a redish color at the puddles, with effortful imagination, it'll look like puddles of blood, what a dark mind he has. but the color of the puddles felt warm to look at, almost as if it's telling him to jump.

"i sometimes get jealous of the birds, they get to soar through the air, i want to know how that feels too. don't you?" kaedehara said, closing his eyes as he felt a strong gust of wind at their way.

heizou looked at kazuha's way as he spoke. heizou replied with a hum, though he'd most rather fall instead of soar. the auburn closed his eyes instinctively as well when the wind flew their ways, but as he opened his eyes, he stared in awe at kazuha. the way his hair flew with the wind just opened a lock in his heart.

"yeah, i'd like to fly too.." heizou said, looking back at the other way with a smile.
