Its been 2 weeks since my meeting with Dylan. In the due time, I haven't been to any of my classes as the teachers decided to give us off so that we can study for our upcoming exam which is in 3 days and dad called saying I can come back home, so I'm now at my home.

I've been studying my arse off for the exam due this Saturday. It is a very important exam if I'm serious about my future. These grades will be counted in the future when I'll sit for my Final exam and at times of applying in different firms. However, every now and then, I wonder if Dylan goes to that coffee shop every morning hoping to bump into me. We did exchange numbers and he did tell me that he will call, but none till now. Forget about the call, Not even a text ? Have I been reading the signs wrong ? Am I just a friend ? 
"Doesn't matter El, READ, YOU HAVE EXAMS TOMMORROW!!!"

So I push those thought back in my mind and continue studying. 

And there was a knock on my bedroom door. Dad walked in with a glass of strawberry milk and some crackers. My favourites. 
"Here you go, I know how much you like strawberry milk and crackers while studying." 

"Aww, thanks dad, you didn't have to." 

"Oh trust me, I know I how hard my little girl is working. If I didn't it would just mean that I don't care about your hard work, which of course is never ever possible." he said caressing my hair. 

"I will, don't worry." I said with the cheesiest smile.

He placed a kiss on my head and said, "My little princess. Let me know if you need anything, okay ?"  

"Sure pops, I love you"

"I love you too, darling. And I always will." he then left the room, closing the door behind him.

He is the sweetest and my hero. I don't know what I would do without him.

I dozed of for a bit and was woken up by a notification on my phone.
Time was 2:30 am. I decided to make myself a cup of coffee. While my water was heating up, I checked my phone and it was a text from Lena. Oh.
