Makenzies pov-
" So its june 19th and im 4 days it will be my birthday." I begin to write in my jornal. I hate calling my journal my "diary" because, its a journal! I'm sort of a tomboy so i dont have a "diary". Im not very excited for my birthday. The only thing i have planned is to have my brothers hanging out with there friends in there rooms! Also to have my two best friends go swimming with me mainly because kaciee loves swimming. I hear my phone start to ring and put my pen down to answer.
"Hello?" I question
"Hey Kenz geuss what"
It was my bestie kaciee speak of the devil
"What?" i asked with tone of "i-dont-care" in my voice
"Chandler Riggs LIKED AND COMMENTED ON MY PHOTO SAYING I WAS CUTE!!!" she squealed
"So? He isn't that special kace. He's just a kid that acts on my fave show. Acting is the only special thing about him." i said with the same blank tone as before.Then "beep beep beep" she hung up on me! Whatever i decide to go outside and just sit on my tire swing. I loved the tire swing. It got my mind off things and got me all into nature and stuff. I sat on my swing looking up at the old tree. So many-really cute blonde hair brown eyed boy. SNAP OUT OF IT KENZIE! I noticed I was completely staring. He totally saw me and waved while falling off his skate board. I couldn't help but giggle. He looked at me and said
"What you thought that was funny?" then he chuckled. Walking over i picked his skate board up out of the gutter. I pushed off and rode it around the coldasack dodging rocks and cracks. I added in a small trick. I rode over to him and put my hand out.
"I'm Makenzie but my friends call me kenzie or kenz." He took my hand and said "The names James, James bond"
I giggled.
"Just kidding its Mingus, Mingus Reedus" at that moment i was shocked.
