Artesia is the district of sorcerers. Only Andalusian authorities and Artesian bloods can enter this place. It was protected by different spells casted by its citizens. It was build to secure everyone from other districts who will try to invade their community. Children who are underage can't leave this district until they reach the legal age which is sixteen. In this age, they will face mastery test in order to determine which district they truly belong. This test was part of the rules because hybrids are strictly prohibited in their system. Hybrids means war. In this system, you can only love people in your district. Those who will disobey face elimination.
