Jay was in Dr Charles room, as he had an appointment, which Hank made.

"Jay, we only got 10 minutes of our session left, anything you'd like to add?" Daniel asked.

Jay looked at the one thing, he'd been looking at through the session, a plant.

"You've been concentrated on that plant, the whole session, is it calming you?" Daniel wondered.

Jay nodded, and felt the leaves.

"Mama use to feel the leaves, to make sure there strong." Jay smiled at the memory.

"That's good, your remembering small things about your mom, that's what we like to hear." Daniel smiled.

Soon. Daniel called the session, and said goodbye to Jay.

"How'd it go, babe?" Erin asked.

"Good! Have to stick to my routines, tell you where I'm going, keep calm, when I hear noises, which remind me of being kidnapped." Jay listed.

"See, your making progress, baby, I'm so proud of you." Erin smiled.

Jay kissed Erin's head, and walked out with her.

Back at the bullpen. Jay was in the breakroom, until someone came up behind him, touching his shoulder.

"GET THE FUCK AWAY!" Jay yelled.

Turns out. It was only Adam, who was scared.

"Jay! Jay! No need for the gun, It's just me." Adam soothed.

Jay took a breath, and realised it was his best mate, Adam.

"Damn! Don't sneak up on me! I-I don't like it." Jay whispered.

Erin rushed into the breakroom, and saw the two men.

"What happened?" Erin asked.

"It was my fault, I came up behind Jay, and touched his shoulder, I should've warned him, first." Adam explained.

Erin nodded, and came over to Jay.

"Hey, remember what Dr Charles said, take deep breaths, and focus on the plant, or something else, like beer, pizza, cuddles?" Erin explained.

Jay nodded, and focused on something entirely different.

"Jay will be okay, just, don't sneak up on him, make sure he knows who's coming in, and leaving." Erin advised.

Adam nodded, and apologised to Jay.

After a few hours. Erin and Jay were at home, snuggling into bed.

"You did so well, baby, you managed a full day, at work!" Erin smiled.

Jay nodded, and buried his head in Erin's chest.

"Night, baby, I love you, so much." Erin whispered.

Jay replied, and soon, fell asleep.

Erin closed her eyes, and fell asleep, too!
