Snow stood on her balcony, staring off into the distance as she waited for Geppetto to finish carving the wardrobe, so she could save the twins. She and Charming decided that before Emma and Elena were born, she would go through the wardrobe to save herself and them. It was a tough decision, but it was one that had to be made.

"I don't wanna do this." Snow said, going back into the room. Charming looked at her in confusion, letting out a deep sigh.

"It has to be you."

"I'm not leaving you." Snow protested, rushing over to him. He hugged her, keeping her close to comfort her.

"It's the only way." He explained in a soft voice. "You'll go in there and you'll be safe from the curse. The twins will be safe from the curse."

"He said it would be on their twenty-eighth birthday." She cried, cupping his face in her hands.

"What's twenty-eight years when you have eternal love?" He asked, hearing her sobs. "I have faith. You will save me as I did you." She smiled and pulled him into a kiss, deepening it as much as possible.

She pushed him away as she felt a sharp pain in her stomach, unable to answer when he asked her what was wrong. "Babies... They're coming."

Grumpy stood on one of the watchtowers, keeping his eyes open for any signs of the curse. As he was about to take a swig of his alcohol, he heard a loud noise in the distance and looked out to see dark clouds rolling towards the castle.

He kicked Sleepy, who was laying on the floor asleep. "Wake up. Wake up! The curse!" He ran over to the bell that was next to him and started ringing it. "It's here!"

-Storybrooke-

Emma woke up to hear someone next to her whistling. She turned her head, seeing a man staring at her.

"What are you looking at, sister?" He questioned as she sat up, realizing she was in a jail cell.

"Hey, Leroy, manners. We have a guest." A man outside the cells, Marco said. "So you are Henry's mother? How lovely for him to have you back in his life."

"Actually, I was just dropping him off." She held her head, trying to ease the pain in her head.

Leroy scoffed, "Don't blame you. They're all brats. Who needs them?"

"Well, I'd give anything for one." Marco said, then turned to Emma. "My wife and I, we tried for many years, but it was not meant to be."

"Well, cry me a river." Leroy was clearly annoyed by Marco's sentiment as Graham walked into the room, followed by Elena and a man named Zachary. The moment she saw Emma in the cell, her jaw clenched in annoyance.

"Leroy, if I'm gonna let you out, you need to behave." Graham said, walking over to the cell with his keys in hand. He opened the cell door as Leroy stood up. "Put on a smile and stay out of trouble." Leroy faked a smile as he walked out of the cell before leaving the building.

"Seriously?" Emma asked, sticking her face through the bars.

Graham turned to her, letting out a sigh. "Regina's drinks, a little stronger than we thought."

"I wasn't drunk." She told him. "There was a wolf standing in the middle of the road."

"A wolf? Right." Elena scoffed and leaned against the desk. "Because there's lots of those in Storybrooke." Emma glared at her before they all heard Regina's voice calling for Graham.

"Graham? Henry's run away again. We have to..." She ran into the office, stopping once she saw Emma. "What is she doing here?" She walked over to the cell. "Do you know where he is?"
