I've read other non-binary Henry fics where Henry likes being called Princess. So I like writing him as genderqueer. I'm probably not the best at writing smut. But I would say it's light smut because all they really do is kiss.
Also, it's canon that Henry loves when Alex calls him baby, so I think maybe he would like Alex calling him Babygirl.
