Chapter 8 (to live or to die)

Wesker's pov

Why so feisty towards me (y/n) when I have gave you everything to be successful and to be the best of the best. Your stronger then most and powerful but, yet you don't use that side of yourself but, you have gained feelings for someone so simple minded I'm surprised you being infected with any and all viruses wouldn't alter the way you think or act. Leon why don't we make a deal I take (y/n) and not harm anyone here but, if you don't want to willingly give him up then everyone in this room will die.

Y/n's pov

I looked at Leon and saw he was grinding his teeth against one another. I stepped in front of Leon and faced wesker telling him you made me loose my memory and wanted me to kill innocent people while you sat back and watched the destruction happen. I started walking towards him and Leon saw this grabbed my shoulder I reached for his hand on my shoulder looked over my shoulder giving him reassurance that i know what I'm doing and told him get everyone out of here. I then proceeded to walk towards wesker.

Then I told wesker so you don't think I can use the other side of me that you forced upon me and that it didn't alter my way of think well you are sorely mistaken as he was about to press a button behind his back to bring a cage down on me I started turning into the creature he wanted to turn me into all those years ago. As everybody had watched me become a monster and started going after wesker. I then saw Leon and everybody and yelled out run while I have him distracted. They all complied and started running besides Leon watching the two of us fight.

Leon's pov

(Y/n) looked at me with reassurance as I was trying to pull him back and he said you need to get everyone out of here including yourself. He then proceeded to walk towards wesker talking to him as wesker stood there listening to everything (y/n) was saying. While (y/n) was walking up to wesker he started turning into something I have never seen but, it was a mix of the t-virus and g-virus that we have encountered before. He started attacking wesker and when I didn't move he yelled out run and I told everyone to go as I stood there watching him get hurt by wesker.

           Y/n's pov

            I attacked wesker and slashed at him with my claws ripping his shirt and breaking his glasses. He then called out lickers that were hiding and they had jumped on my back biting me clawing at my back trying to distract me from wesker and what he was doing. Then all of a sudden I get tossed through the roof of the lab and on the surface in the middle of town while still getting attacked by the lickers. Leon made it to the surface and watched in horror as chunks of skin and flesh came tearing off my body as the lickers and wesker were attacking me. Soon a mutated creature that looked like me attacked all the creatures that were on me and tearing me apart as well as attacking wesker. I soon was able to get back up but, felt weak as I started to turn back to my original self.

         Leon had caught me as I collapsed onto the floor and into his arms. I then started to look around to see where the creature had went but, soon disappeared with no trace of it ever being there. I then laughed and said Leon I guess you don't have to take care of me anymore and he shushed me by kissing me and said don't say that. He then proceeded to say (y/n) I love you and want to always be by your side I then grabbed his neck and pulled him towards me and said as I do too and then finally kissing him. He picked me up and carried me to the helicopter as we had lifted off all I could see was the ground start to give away and open to a crater in the ground.

Then soon closed my eyes and leaned into Leon and sighed you better take me on a date when we get back Leon. He was surprised by what I had said and said where would you like to go. I looked up at him and said I just want to relax with you after this chaos especially having to relive every moment getting back out of that station everything was the same from that night besides when I was getting my ass kicked by those lickers and especially by wesker.

Leon's pov

              I laughed at his comment and said yeah you were getting you ass kicked but, I can arrange for us to watch a movie while relaxing. He shook his head and said yes that would be nice. I then leaned my head against his head and reached for his hand to hold while Chris watched everything. He was surprised that I had opened myself up to (y/n) with all these years that have passed.

              Chris's pov

                Leon has definitely changed a lot over the past few years since he has been around (y/n) I still can't believe after all the trauma that the two experienced along the way they still ended up meeting up again and again but, that's something that just happens. I starred at the two males that were now asleep with the roaring of the blades from the helicopter as soon as we touched down Leon woke up but, (y/n) didn't and then I looked at Leon and said I guess he was more tired then he thought so Leon picked up (y/n) bridle style and carried him to his room inside the base. I walked in the room with them trying to make sure that (y/n) was alright at least then I decided to go talk to hunnigan and give her the update about the mission as I was doing so I had bumped into Rebecca and she had stopped to talk to me as we walked to Hunnigans office together. Hunnigan greeted us both and said Chris you have an update and where is Leon and (y/n)? I told her all the details and she felt bad for the three of us having to experience what happened in raccoon city again.
