Just near the gate, "By the way, it's Priya Sood. What about you, Mr. Stranger?" she spoke, turning back with a smile which soon got replaced by a frown upon finding no one in that spot.
It felt strange, so she started to look around for him but found no sign. Just then, her gaze fell on the old gatekeeper, so she decided to ask him, "Uncle, have you seen the man who was next to me over there?" she asked, pointing at the spot they were sitting minutes back, which was in a straight line of vision from where the gatekeeper stood.
The gatekeeper looked perplexed for a good two minutes before answering,
"Par beta, aap to akele hi baithe the tabse, maine aapko kai baar dekha, koi bhi nahi tha aapke sath."
(But child, you were sitting alone. I saw you many times, but no one was with you.)

Oops, ye kya hua 🤔😬;
Was that man just a mere imagination of Priya ( maybe she has schizophrenia ) , or that gatekeeper was telling about some other girl whom he mistook as Priya because of her sitting somewhere near that place.
It's an end for now ( if I get more ending idea I'll be back hehe ) ;
