Two months later, Amatae had to try on the maiden in waiting dress that was picked out for her and sized to fit her. It was a light purple with flowers down the sides of it. As much as she loved the color and the dress she didn't understand why her sister wasn't having a traditional wedding? She shrugged it off and she went with it as she saw that it wasn't just her that was being sized. She saw that two other women were being sized as well, she knew them as Kaguria's best friends.

Tayama-A blond female with bright blue eyes who stood to be five foot two, and Gyna-a brunette female with golden eyes who stood to be five foot four. Both of them were still very much single and were going through the same crisis that her elder sister had gone through with trying to find someone to love them and get married. After the two girls got sized they looked directly to her.

"So spill it Amatae, just who is this guy your sister is getting married to?" Tamaya asked

"Yeah, how is it that she got a man first?" Gyna asked with her arms crossed

"Um...how to place this. She's marrying the elder brother to the person that I'm soon going to be married to. It's all really confusing for me to think about. Um....H-His name is Akito."

"What? Seriously, isn't that like incest or something if you marry the guy that's supposed to be your brother-in-law?" Gyna asked

"N-No...Not really, and she is doing this all by force. I don't think she really loves him to be honest." Amatae said unsure

"tch, that's so like her." Tamaya said shaking her head

"It was either marrying Akito, or marrying some rude inconsiderate male in america that would have killed her and me." Amatae said with a sigh

"Yikes...Well I'd rather her marry someone who'd actually keep her alive than not." Tamaya said cringing a bit.

At that time there was a knock on the door and amatae got it only for her eyes to light up as she saw that it was Kyoya. "Kyoya!" She said happily as she hugged him tightly.

"Hello Amatae, Are you done yet?"

"Mhm I am! Is big sis alright?"

"Yeah she's just fine, she wanted me to get you."

She smiled and kissed him on the lips. "Alright let's go then."

Kyoya smiled down at her before he laced his fingers with hers and he left with her down two rooms to where her sister was. When they got there he knocked on the door. "It's Kyoya, I have your sister."

"Alright, thank you. Please let her in Kyoya."

"As you wish Kaguria."

Kyoya opened the door for her and smiled at Amatae. "I'll be waiting out here for when she's done. I'd like to talk to you personally when you're done."

"Okay!"

Amatae went in and she saw that her sister was in tears, she quickly went up to her sister and held her hands tightly. "What's wrong Kaguria?"

"Akito...H-He...He's only with me cause he was threatened. I...I can't do this."

"Yes you can and I'll be sure to give that asshole a piece of my mind when I see him!" Amatae said with a nod of her head

"A-Are you sure?"

"Very! This is supposed to be a happy day for you!"

Kaguria smiled a little at her sister. "Alright, if you can do that I...I'd really appreciate it."

She nodded her head before she kissed the top of her elder sister's head softly. "I'll be right back, I promise."

Amatae soon left and went to find Akito as Kyoya looked confused. "What are you doing Amatae?"

"Finding your crappy brother-he upsetted my sister so now he's going to pay for it." Amatae said annoyed

Kyoya sighed as he kept up with her. "What did he do this time?"

"You'll see, which room is he in?"

Kyoya grabbed her hand and took her three doors over to the left before he knocked on the door. "Akito are you still in here?"

"Yeah what is it?" Akito said in a foul mood.

"Amatae wishes to speak with you."

They heard him sigh before he opened the door. "What the hell do you want Amatae?"

"Stop making my elder sister feel like utter crap! I don't care if you were threatened to be with her! At least attempt to love her! She's in tears because of your cold hearted words towards her! I know that somewhere in you there's a compassionate side to you! At least show it a bit to her! She is going to be your wife soon!"

"And what if I don't?" Akito challenged.

"If you don't, then I will speak to my father about parting not only you from my sister by Kyoya and I. There will be no way for you to get her back and you'll have to deal with your younger brother utterly pissed off at you for breaking up the engagement that he had with me because you couldn't man the fuck up!" Amatae said seriously

Kyoya's eyes widen as he heard her speak, she couldn't seriously think about doing such a thing...could she? Akito knew just how much the engagement to Amatae meant to Kyoya and what it meant for his father as well due to the proceeds that the family would get from Amatae and Kaguria's family. He scoffed and crossed his arms. "Fine...Let me get the hell out of this and I'll speak to her."

"Good, I'm glad you can see things my way Akito. I'll see you and my sister soon, she better be smiling happily cause she's finally showing her true self not cause you told her to! Got it!" Amatae said as she pointed a finger at Akito.

"Yeah-Yeah I got it. Get out of here Amatae." He said before he turned around and closed the door on her.

When the two of them were walking down the hall Kyoya looked down to her. "That was a very risky gamble you did Amatae."

"I know, but I know how to play your brother for the fool he is. He only thinks about what's good for your family name and what your father would think about it all. Nothing else, so I hit where I knew would be the lowest to hit." Amatae said with a shrug

He sighed and he stopped her before he pulled her into him and he kissed her on the lips. "Don't you ever do something that careless ever again. Got it?"

She blushed as she looked up at him. "G-Got it Kyoya."

Amatae then quickly went to talk to her sister about what she talked to Akito about before she hugged her sister and said goodbye to her. Afterwards Kyoya and Amatae both left out to go back to the ootori estate where they went back to their usual way of doing things for the rest of the night. When it came to dinner Kaguria sat beside Amatae as she hugged her younger sister tightly.

"Thank you for talking with him."

She nodded her head with a grin. "Of course, I want to see you happy too sis."

"Kaguria, Amatae tomorrow you two will be in a different place come tomorrow night, you are to stay there for the remainder of the night do you understand me?" Akito and Kyoya's father said seriously

The two girls nodded their heads before Amatae felt Kyoya slip his hand into hers under the table. She instantly looked to him to see that even though he was trying to hide it that he was going to miss sleeping beside her. She squeezed his hand to let him know that it'll be alright.

After dinner the younger couple talked about how to deal with the fact that they wouldn't see each other for more than a few hours. Amatae packed what she knew she needed-which included the frog that Kyoya gave her only for him to take it from her for a moment and place a bit more of his cologne on it once more. He then gave it back to her and she hugged it before she hummed out in delight. "Thank you Kyoya."
