Jessie's POV
"You're here," Dae said. The room was silent. I could tell that Minho didnt want to talk to Dae after everything going on.
"I am just going to go in my room" I mumbled, hoping to escape the palpable tension. As I turned to leave, Kitty caught me by the arm, her grip firm and insistent. She pulled me aside, her eyes wide with urgency.
"Have you seen Q? We have 8 minutes until curfew," Kitty said and I looked across the room.
"Q should be in his room. I just caught him get in there," Dae looked around the corner and said. There was still some tension in the room. Kitty moved me near Q's door so she could knock.
**KNOCK! KNOCK!**
"Come in!"Q said as he opened the door to this room. Me and Kitty made our way inside and shut the door quickly. I didnt know what Kitty was up to after the hike.
Kitty Took a deep breath and said "I found this," She showed us her phone. "Adopted by Australian parents, just like Professor Finnerty, and born around the same time. He could totally be my half-brother." I was trying to function the information but as always I couldn't.
"I am going to need you to go back!" I was still trying to comprehend all the information.
"Okay, What is this supposed to mean,"Q asked Kitty raising an eyebrow and crossing his arms.
"The facts add up!"She said and we looked at her like she wasn't making sense.
"I mean, this could just be a coincidence. It doesn't add up," I said to her, trying not to get her hopes up too much, only for them to be let down later. "It could have been the wrong person." I kept myself quiet knowing Kitty's determination.
"Maybe Jessie is right! Many Korean Kids have been adopted by Australian people." Q said to her. They easily could have been hundreds of kids during that period of time.
"But why else will be at KISS? He is probably also looking for the answer. Answers we can find together as brother and sister" Kitty said with the biggest smile. I knew she had her hopes very high. This wasn't good.
"Woooh there. I think You will need more evidence. You're going to drop alot of information at once. Including how his birth mom... isn't alive."Q said carefully and he was right.
"Exactly, it's not an easy conversation to have. Also, you need to be 100% sure that you are right when you tell him everything. You dont want to give him false hope." I said to her. I saw her rethink alot of things.
