Chapter 3 (L.C)

I turned around it was just my best friend Chi Li Na, she was probably mad at me because I wasn't able to go back to the same school. After she called my name to get me to turn around,she looked at me with a glare. I smiled and waved at her but her glare just got even worse. She was hiding something behind her back, I started to back up by a few steps but she kept moving forward. Now, the only emotion I am feeling is fear. What am I gonna do? She's going to kill me for a reason I don't even know why so I decided to speak up.
"Li Na? What do you want to me? What did I do wrong?" I asked at the verge of crying.
"Ah silly Rose..haha.. If you can't tell from the situation I'm here to kill you my fake best friend, You didn't do anything wrong it's just someone wants you dead and because of you your aunt is now dead" she replied my heart sank when she said the last few words.
"What are you? How did you know my aunt died" I asked her now with tears in my eyes.
"Wow you really are dense huh.. I'm an assassin I've been one ever since I've met you and you know it was very easy making her death look like an accident" she gave a smirk. I'm disgusted by her and I can't believe I was even her friend no I was her so called best friend and all the things we did together was fake. I loved her as my best friend but I guess false love can change.
I tried running away but since she was faster, she caught up pretty fast and then I remember the letter he was right. What should I do now? I didn't have time to think but then the thought of Karry, who's job is to protect. I quickly pressed the number and called.
"H-hello..K-karry?" I said but stuttered half way through my sentence.
"R-rose! I already know I'm already on my way" he replied and then ended the call. His words made me feel relief but I still have this girl running after me.
I couldn't run anymore, it wasn't cuz I had no more energy but I ran into a god damn dead end, yes I almost ran into a wall.
"Well looks like this will end easily right soon to be a dead Rose?" Li Na said as she move forward and I moved backward hitting the wall and fall down on the ground.
" What makes you say that" a random voice said behind her. She turn around and I looked behind her... it was Karry.
"Well, well Karry seems we have met again. Is she your next victim? Too bad she's mine." Li Na asked Karry, karry then glared at her.What does she mean by victim?
"I'm not the same as I was before." Karry replied. I'm so confused right now. I had no energy left I tried to stand up but everything turn black the last thing I heard was Karry.

"W-what...do..you..want? Huh?TELL ME" I shouted but she came closer and closer. I opened my eyes...oh it's just a dream but yesterday was real and it felt like the end for me. I looked around where am I? I suddenly heard footstep coming from the hallway. The person opened the door.
" Oh Sweetie you're finally awake" my mom said.
"How did I get here? Tell me mom.." I asked.
" Karry brought you here" My mom replied. He brought me here,of course it couldn't have been that "best friend" of mine Li Na.
" Oh I see..did he say anything?" I asked.
"Actually I have something to tell you" she replied still not answering my previous question but oh well.
" Okay tell me" I demanded
" Well the thing has to do with our family background. We come from a line of Super top secret spy. I was a spy too once until the last mission with your father..." she started to tear up the thought of my dad who died when I was in a young for reasons I wasn't told. Now I why..
" There will always be people after you, your father was the best of the best and you inherited skills from him that you don't even know you held, this is also a reason I made you do classes of different skills that would come in handy. The thing with your aunt and what happened last night is the reason I hired Karry to protect you"she said to me. This left me shocked how is this possible? This is just like one of those movies..
" So what do you want me to? " I asked finally understand why I never did the normal things kids would when I was young. She handed me a letter...
" Mom what is this?" I asked her
" Just read it then you'll understand, after you read it,get dressed I'll be downstairs" she said and soon left the room.
I opened the letter...
Dear Rose,
This is regarding you and your abilities. The S.T.S.S knows about the struggles you will face with assassins and we are going to train you to be like your father and mother. You will be known as Rose with the people around who doesn't know about this but you will also be known as Rise in the spy world. The agency, your mom and Karry are the only people who knows. Be careful of the people around you.

After reading this letter, everything finally came together. I did as my mom told me and got dressed and went downstairs. We got in the car and drove over to a building that I don't know but I think this is the agency building but this looks like an entertainment agency-oh wait isn't this STS entertainment? The most popular entertainment company in china.
" Mom this is an entertainment agency, What are we doing here?" I asked her as we moved closer to the building.
" Oh right another thing, to perfectly disguise these spies we made the agency into a entertainment and all those idols are highly train spies." she replied back. This whole spy thing is so confusing.
