Sooo, it took me way too long to get a somewhat-clear image of the secret message in the blank photo.
After multiple failed attempts, I finally got both, a picture of Balloon, and some text appear in the same image.

Let's try to figure this out!!

That had the best image of Balloon so far.

This image has the most clear text I could get.

So we can now tell that Balloon was most likely being held captive by another person. (And obviously abused 😔)

To find out who is keeping him, we should do a process of elimination. People like Lightbulb, Paper, etc., obviously aren't the kidnapper. However, 2 people who we know strongly dislike/ hate Balloon are, Nickel and OJ.
Nickel has been too traumatized by his past to give a sh1t right now, so I believe it was:

We all now know that OJ HATES Balloon, as that was clearly stated during his fight with Paper. *Coughcough Payjay divorce arc coughcough* But some KEY EVIDENCE I found was in 2 pictures.

Here, OJ is leaving what I'm assuming is a closet. Balloon was LITERALLY in pitch black darkness in the hidden image, so, well you can connect the dots.
Also, do you see anything, I dunno, odd on OJ's surface??

This image has a slightly better view on OJ's surface. If you didn't already notice, tHeRE'S FUKING BLOOD ON HIS GLASS.

Conclusion 😯:

I still need help to understand the secret message/text, and I would really appreciate for other people and theorists to help me.

And because of all the evidence being shown, I think OJ is responsible for Balloon's disappearance.
