So, we now know that Balloon's subject name is P-002. I'm not sure why yet, but we'll figure it out together.

In this screenshot of the long comic in the intermission, we can see that the syringe is called "Dr Syringe" (I wonder why lolz), and works for someone named "Mr Justice." (Can't bee seen in this screenshot, my bad).
While scrolling through the comments, I find this:

Mr Justice is OJ. This means that his full name is Orange Juice Justice. (I'm not used to that yet)
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN (+other genders ;]), WE NOW KNOW THAT OJ HAS AN ENTIRE PROJECT/EXPERIMENT DEDICATED TO WHATEVER THIS IS!! WOOHOOO!!

*The phycological test seems to have worked just as well as 4 years ago. He's showing great amounts of emotional distress and physical repulsion to affection. As boss promised it's like working where we left off. He's becoming increasingly aggressive towards any thing he sees that breathes. If it has the potential to hurt him he wants nothing to do with it, which is exactly what we want. However... he keeps calling out for his "friend". he constantly craves affection and attention 008. I'll have to tell Boss... *
