" I can't get over these baggy clothes....."
Y/n looked at herself in the mirror, as she looks at the orange suite the Liu kang gave her, the clothes were so baggy that the ends of the pants were hanging over her shoes and the sleeves were hanging down her hands, so she had to roll them up, but other then that, she liked it.
Sitting on her bed, y/n rolls her pant leg up before hearing her phone ring. Groaning, y/n leans over, answering the call.
" hello? " y/n said, standing up as she went over to her night stand to grab her coconut lotion.
" y/n, this is shuri "
" Hey shuri! What's up? "
Y/n asked, popping the lotion cap open , squirting the white liquid into her hand.
" so, do you want the good news or bad news ? " the female asked, the sound of shuffling could be heard in the background from the other side.
" ummm.... Bad news first.... " y/n trails off, rubbing lotion on her arms.
" so, months ago when you left and told the others what happened, they..... " shuri stopped talking, tugging on her hair while looking to the side, " didn't take it well, but the good news is m'baku agreed to help"
Y/n furrowed her eyebrows, grabbing her phone, " since when was he so nice?" Y/n asked her, putting her lotion away, " he must have been really generous " y/n laughs.
" well, tell him I said thank you, oh! And tell the others I'm sorry " y/n said, " but, I have to go, see you later? "
