Prologue

I saw this girl again after 12 years having a bond with her two dogs, a Siberian husky and golden retriever. She looks so lovely, she enjoying her time. Wearing those beautiful yellow dress, her hair is swaying with the wind. She laughed and so loud.

She's the girl from my past, she never change, she still the girl who caught my attention since day one of my grade school. Now she might don't know me.

Flashback

"Vin² sabi ni Yaya I can hug you because you're sad. You know when my dada, Mimi is sad I always hug them even Yaya and my puppy." She innocently said while hugging me.

My heart was going to explode. I hugged her back." Thank you, Maze."

That was the last time I saw her, my parents brought me to US to continue my studies, but a side of wants to go back. I will comeback to her. And make her mine.

I want her to be mine. Her smiles, laughed and her heart.

                          
Tori was admiring the whole park, watching happy families enjoying their picnic moments. While me in the age of 25 I'm didn't get a chance to experience picnic with my parents.
A memories flash on my mind.

18 years ago.

"Mommy, Daddy.."nakangiting sigaw ko. Kaagad kong sinalubong sina Mommy at Daddy.
"Oh, my beautiful baby.."nakangiting bati ni Mommy sa akin. Binuhat naman ako ni Daddy..

"How's your day baby. Did you have fun?"

"Yes po Daddy. I make friends with classmates, and we played po.." nakangiting pinisil ni Mommy ang pisngi ko." Ang very good naman ng baby namin.." since then lagi nila akong sinusundo.

Until one day, si Nanay Vina ang sumundo sa akin kasama si Tatay Naldo. Ang sabi nila na may pinuntahan daw sina Mommy.

Pagdating sa bahay ay nagulat ako ng makita ang magulong bahay. Rinig ko ang sigawan, hindi nagtagal ay lumabas sina Mommy at Daddy sa kusina. I saw Mommy shouting at Daddy ."I hate you Mark, you should did your best to settle those problems. You know I loved our daughter right but I have to—"

Yun ang huli narinig ko bago tinakpan ni Nanay Vina ang tenga. After that day I was left alone with Nanay Vina and Tatay Naldo. Umuwi sila ng isang araw or dalawa magbabonding kami ni Mommy. Then kinabukasan ay wala na sila.

After I graduated my high school. Hindi na talaga umuuwi si Mommy lagi nalang ito nasa trabaho, she video call me sometimes but when I started going to college my mom didn't contact me. Even my father they'll just send me money for my allowance and school fees. But never attended every graduation or awarding days in my school.

Napahawak ako sa pisngi ko nang makaramdam ng masamasa sa pisngi. Hell yeah I'm crying now. Then I heard a sound. Napalingon ako sa likod ko kita ko ang dalawa kong aso, hinihingal na. Natawa ako at tumayo muli upang makipaglaro sa kanila.

Inayos ko ang damit ko bago muling tumakbo. Tawang-tawa ako sa dalawang anak ko, my pets. They love this kind of bond.

Napalingon ako sa paligid nang makaramdam ako ng parang may napatingin sa akin.

My dog bark tiningnan ko ito, they're already laying on the grass hiningal. I think they their energy na. I laughed so loud. Hanggang naluha ako sa kakatawa.

I think I enjoy this day.
