It is highly likely that Lizzie in particular has or had a crush on Hope, she has been notably obsessive of Hope from the very first episode and projected these feelings by accusing Josie of being obsessed with Hope. It is canon that if Lizzie had found out that Josie liked Hope, she would have proceeded to pursue her romantically during her most selfish days. Is this true
The other thing when people are saying that Lizzie is selfish in what way in the show because it feels like characters where just saying stuff to hurt her or to justify their actions
