"IT'S actually the major group that's monopolizing all the food here." Huiwon continued, "Everyone else is being fed and bred and then dragged off to scavenge for food like cattle to the slaughter just like I was this morning."
"Everyone does seem to have no problems with what the major group is doing." Dokja assumed.
"I agree. That's why your declaration is very meaningful, Dokja." she stated.
"But don't you think you should sell them the food for 10 coins each like you did to us?" Hyeonseong questioned. "I don't think anyone's looking to buy with those prices."
"Unless they're desperate. Look like they're not." I voiced, going to the walls and leaning on it. "I'm kind of tired so take care of those foods Dokja. I'm hiding my backpack with me." I curled into a ball with the backpack.
"You're weird, Y/N."
"Fuck off, Dokja."
-------------------
"No way... We'll have to dig into the emergency stashes?!" I whispered, hands on my face in a dramatic way.
"It wasn't just the minor group who had bought the food overnight." Dokja said, looking at Huiwon and my scene.
"May I have everyone's attention, please?" Inho announced, grabbing everyone's attention. "We will be limiting the distribution of the food. As of today, everyone will get three biscuits per person." And immediately, everyone rioted over that while Inho calmly argued back. Oh how I just wanted to kiss his face with an uppercut. I was so focused on him that I didn't notice the crowd giving us a deathly look.
"Well, the major group's just monopolizing the food again. Weren't you trying to promote transactions between people to weaken the power of the major group?" Huiwon asked Dokja.
"That's right. I wanted them to stand up for themselves." he answered.
"But I think you sold it to the wrong group, idiot." I muttered. He smiled at me.
"At least I have gained more coins." Dokja said.
"What?"
"WHAT?!" Huiwon yelled. "Just what are you planning, Dokja? Sangah, can we really trust him?" Yes, he saved my life.
"I trust him." Sangah ensured her.
"You left some food for yourself though, right?" she asked. I seconded that.
"No. I sold all of it."
"..."
"WHAT?!" Huiwon yelled. She now had a scared look on her face. Out of the corner of my eye, Gilyoung handed Dokja a pecky stick. Aw... Only if I was Dokja. He refused to take the stick and pushed it towards Gilyoung.
"Oh, and while we're on the topic, you know the foods you bought yesterday?" Dokja asked our group. "Eat them all now. I strongly recommend that you finish them by the end of today."
-------------------
"Hey, Huiwon!" I yelled out to her. She turned to me.
"Oh, hi Y/N, what's up?" she greeted.
"Nothing, I just wanted to see where you were going." I answered. "There's practically no life in here, rather people rioting because they don't have a strong mental state. If it hadn't been Dokja helping me before we arrived here, I probably would've lost my mind." Huiwon nodded.
