"SLYTHERIN"

What? No that can't be true! Every Weasly before me was a Gryffindor! I can't be a Slytherin! I just can't! then I'd be around Malfoy even more! Dammit! 

"WHAT!"

Ron, Fred, George, and Percy exclaimed at the same time.

"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL Y/N!!??"

Ron looked pissed, at me...It's not like I asked to be in Slytherin, the stupid hat put me in Slytherin. 

Oh god....how are my parents going to react...

I walked away from the chair and saw Malfoy waving for me to sit with him...so I did. I mean I don't know anyone else so why not. might as well make friends rather than enemies. Maybe he will be nicer to me. 

Everyone in the hall was whispering about me as I sat at the Slytherin table next to draco.

"A Weasly?"

"Go back to the dumpster brat!"    

"How is she in Slytherin?"

I looked up and saw even teachers were whispering about me. Great just great.

"You know Weasly, You have potential. Hang with me rather than your brothers, potter, and that stupid mud-blood girl" 

Draco whispered in my ear, I nodded in response and he smirked at me. 

"Hey Y/N?"

A girl with short brown hair and bangs stuck her hand out for me to shake. I was hesitant at first but shook her hand

"Pansy Parkinson"

"Y/N Weasley"

A boy with dark skin and short, almost buzzed hair reaches out his hand for me to shake as well.

"Blaise Zabini"

 Blaise and Pansy spent a lot of time talking to me and draco. I also met some guy I think his name was Goyle.

When I was with draco and the other Slytherins most people just got over the fact that I'm a Slytherin but my brothers clearly did not. I could feel all of their eyes glaring at me. 

                                                                       POTIONS CLASS THE NEXT DAY

I tried talking to my brothers at breakfast but they all ignored me. I'm used to being ignored but for some reason, it hurts a lot more than normal. 

Draco said that there just jealous that im in the best house and Pansy agreed with him. 

"Texts books out and on page 86"

Professor Snape said very coldly and emotionlessly.

As I open my text book a crumbled paper hits the back of my head and I turn to see Ron laughing at me. I was sitting next to draco so he took the paper ball and chucked it at him and I couldn't hold back my laughter. 

"Y/N The good-for-nothing traitor!, You're a disgrace!"

"SHUT UP RONALD!" 

I burst out and Professor Snape turned to look at me

"What is the meaning of this?!"

Before I could say anything Draco stood up and said 

"Ron was trowing crumbled paper at Y/N"

"50 Points from Grifyindor"

Everyone in Gryffindor stood up and protested. It's my first full day here and looks like I've already got a lot of enemies. but I wish I could go back. I wish I had asked not to be in Slytherin. harry did it. so it's possible. but it's too late now.

                                                       TIME SKIP TO QUIDDITCH TRYOUTS 

When I was trying out so was draco. Ron and Potter were trying out for the Grifyindor team at the same time so Ron was targeting me.  

"Ron! Are you trying to kill me!"

I'm trying to stay steady in the air as bludgers keep flying my way.

"Mabey!"

He yelled and I could hear the smirk in his voice. my other brothers were watching everything from the stands.

At this point, I'm scared because his aim is getting better and better and I can't go fast enough.

"Weasley! Go easy on her!"

I heard draco yell to Ron. 

Then a bluger hit my broom and I plummeted to the ground. huh, is this how I'm going to die? never thought my own brother would be the one to kill me. especially after what he said before sorting. 

"Y/N!!"

I heard Percy, Draco, Blaise, and Pancy scream as I fell through the sky.

Then I felt two arms around me. I realized it was draco. then we fell off his broom and hit the ground tumbling and he held me to his chest protecting me from the fall. when we stop tumbleing I'm shaking in fear and he hugs me tighter to his chest to try to calm me down. 

"Shh, Shh it's ok. You're ok, I've got you Y/N"

Draco whispered to me as he held me as we lay on the grass. I tightened my arms around him and he did the same.

                                                         DRACOS POV

Crap... she's still shaking. Why am I so worried about her? I've hated her for years... But she's proven she's nothing like the other Weaslyes so I guess she's not that bad. 

"Shh, Shh it's ok. You're ok, I've got you Y/N" 

I felt her arms tighten around me so I held her closer to my chest.  

                                                       TIME SKIP TO BREAKFEST Y/NS POV

After tryouts last week Draco became oddly protective of me. If anyone said something mean about me, even if it was one of my brothers, he'd let'em have it.  

"Looks like someone's got a houler..."

Pancy said handing me the red envelope.

"shit"

I mumbled as I slowly opened it

"Y/N M/N WEASLY HOW DARE YOU BE A SLYTHERIN!!!! YOU'RE A DISGRACE!!! AND HOW DARE YOU BEFRIEND A MALFOY!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!"

The red envelope flew to the Gryffindor table to congratulate Ron for making the quittech team... I made the Slytherin team but I never got anything but being excluded from family Christmas.
