Stella and Dante fell into a groove of attending classes together, and sitting around at extra cruiculars. Since Stella's schedule was filled with her senior classes, they did what they could to squeeze Dante into a few core classes. Her father had pulled some strings and had Dante enrolled before fall semester even started. Dante decied to take Modern English Lit and Music Theroy, some classes that would be easy to study for and didn't require much outside work. Stella even convinced him to join the intarmural Lacrosse team, was it secretly in her favor, of course, but she would sit on the bleachers with her laptop and work on her capstone while he practiced.

Dante took off his helmet at the end of practice and looked over to where Stella was engrossed in her work. "Hey man, good job out there today." Tony, one of the seniors on the team praised.

Danted nodded at him, "Thanks, I haven't played in a few years, so glad to know I still got it in me."

Tony chuckled, "Like riding a bike. Let's hit the showers." He waved.

"Actually, I think I'll shower at my place, gotta get back to my girl." Dante interjected.

My girl.

More like his siren. They hadn't talked about how it might appear that they are glued at the hip to people, but the easiest explination would be that they are a couple.

Tony nodded with a sly smile. "Totally get it, dude. See ya later."

Stella saw the slimy smile Tony gave Dante and was instantly curious. She put her laptop in her bag and headed across the field to her bodygurad. "Hey, ya have fun?"

Dante was a little starteld, "Uh, yeah. I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but I had fun."

"Oo, yeah, maybe we need to build time in our schedule for a workout. " Stella suggested.

His mind was instantly flooded with images of Stella in some tight leggins and a sports bra all sweaty and out of breath. Nope, nope, keep it together.

"Yeah, um, don't you think that people are gonna notice we are attached at the hip?"

Stella crossed her arms and contemplated. "Yeah, I guess it does kinda look like we're a couple who can't stand being away from eachother."

"Cause, I uh, kinda..."

"Kinda what, Dante?" Stella asked in a teasing voice.

"Called you my girl." He paused, Stella laughed, "Tony was heading to the locker room, but I need to stay with you so I kinda said I gotta get back to my girl."

Stella was bent over laughing, but when she stood back up Dante noticed some blush on her cheeks. "You're cute, my boy. And if anything, " She stepped closer to him, "you're mine." Blood instantly went south, and Dante got so flustered he was scared someone was watching them. "Don't worry, next time just say my girlfriend or something. We can play the fake dating card." Stella winked. Then leaned closer to him, "Do you miss watching Luca ravage me? You want to be in his spot don't you?"

She leaned back and could see the color peak on his cheeks. Dante swallowed, not knowing how to answer that. Did he want to touch her in all the wrong way, of course. Was he about to have his dick chopped off for that, absolutely not.

Quickly stuffing the rest of his gear in his bag he strapped back up and they headed home.

Stella could definatly play the clingy girlfriend, going to every game, wearing his jersy, making cute signs, always studying in the library together. Something about that made her giddy. She'd never been in a relationship before, and she knew she couldn't because of her status in her mob.  If she took a husband it'd have to be for alliances or gain, not love and pleasure. That she found in her men and club. She hadn't teasted Dante, or even so much as taunted him like that since they'd arrived at school. Truth was she was having to keep herself in check. She wanted to be attached to Dante so badly. Seeing all the ways his muscles moved at practiced. His serious focused deminer on the field, and as her guard did something to her. Her will power would have to be strong so she wouldn't start enjoying being his fake girlfriend. But, to be clingy with a man like Dante, so many women would understand why.

With this ruse it would make it easier for Dante to be protective without it being percieved as anything but loving affection. But how long could that last as a ruse?
