A boy is laying on the floor while his head is on a pregnant girl's lap

The boy is keep coughing blood but still apologizing for his crime , his expressions are looking painful

He is in extreme pain but still his eyes are admiring the pregnant girl

Her baby soft cheek now has his blood

In a swept Abhay sit up from his sleep

He looks at his surroundings
