My recipe for scones

1.) Pre heat oven to 425f 220c. Servings 4-6 6 Scones

2.)Self Raising Flour-225g and then sift into a bowl.

3.)40g butter or 40g margarine. Rub butter into flour.

4.)40g cherries- mic pix in salt,sugar and cherries.

5.) 150ml milk.Add a tiny bit if milk at a time and mix with a knife or spoon.

MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MIX TOO MUCH OR YOUR SCONES WILL BE HARD!

6.) When your mix is ready it should be moist and not too dry.Turn out dough on a floured surface and roll out to 2cm thick, I don't use a rolling pin I just shape with my hands and use a 4cm pastry cutter. (Copied and pasted from Internet).

7.)Put the scones on a greased baking sheet.

8.)Brush with a little bit of milk.

9.)Bake in oven 12-15 minutes until its medium brownish.

10.)Then,sit down.

11.) Put the kettle on,

12.) Get a tea bag and pour the boiling water it into your mug.

13.)Take the scones out.

14.)Put them on a plate.

15.)Eat them.

16.)Don't forget to enjoy them too.
