𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐖𝐀𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 the dark forest, you carefully avoided all the different bear traps placed on the ground. You seriously wondered how many bears were around this parts for this many traps to be placed around the perimeter. Unless of course, they weren't meant for bears.

Sighing, you decided to rest yourself on a nearby rock. Sitting down, you made sure nobody was in sight- you wouldn't want to get entangled in an even bigger mess than you already were. After all, you did just die and get sent to a goddamn video-game. You still couldn't believe it! But you supposed crying over spilled milk won't do you any good, yeah?

" This damn forest.... it's so cold! " You hugged yourself, trying to warm up a bit. How did Leon even manage to run thru here while wearing that thin t-shirt? Ugh, he seriously was built different.

BARK, BARK!

You perked up a little at the sound, tensing up. Was there a wolf near you? Standing up from your make-shift chair, you dizzily inched closer to the barking.

I mean, you already died- what harm would it be for you to turn into wolf food? At least one of you would be satisfied. Bedsides, you had a gun to defend yourself, didn't you?

Leaning on a tree, you meekly looked over to the animal as it sharpened its claws on a small stone. It was weirdly big for a wolf, and its black fur looked almost shiny under the sunset. You didn't say anything, instead you attentively watched as it did its own thing.

Taking a step back, you accidentally stepped over a small branch, breaking it in half and alerting the animal. Cursing under your breath, you thought about how this scene oddly reminded you of those cliche horror movies.

It barked again, running towards you. You shrieked, falling backwards and effectively loosing hold of your gun. Groaning, you shut your eyes, hoping your second death would be quicker than you first. However, instead of feeling your guts be eaten by a wild animal, you simply didn't feel anything.

Peeking thru your left eye, you saw how the wolf was curiously standing over your body, not really doing anything. " Huh? " You muttered out loud.
