Flashback:
"Louis!" Harry called, "It's time to go!"
"Okay, I'll be right there!" Louis called back. He finished up his getting ready process and ran downstairs to give Harry a kiss. Harry smiled at him and kissed him back.
"You ready love?" Harry asked, seeming nervous.
"Yeah, as ready as I can be. What about you?" Louis replied.
"I guess so, I'm just kind of scared," Harry said.
"Listen, all that matters is that we have each other. And the rest of the boys support us so there's also that. There's only so much that can go wrong. Plus, if we tell Simon we have a big chance of being able to come out to the world," Louis said, and with that they headed out to go tell their management about the fact they were dating.

Louis wished he had known better at the time. Everything that could've possibly went wrong went wrong, and then some. The only good thing right now is the fact that he's dating Harry, the fact that the boys fully support them and that they're getting to perform as One Direction. As much as he hated management there was something really exciting about performing on stage, especially performing with your best friends and the music you made with them.
A/n: haha this chapter was really short i'm sorry, but i only have so many ideas in my head and the amount of times the lyrics "i should've known" comes up in the song is a lot. idk why but i'm going on a writer's spree today. it's probably because the idea for this book has been in my head for so long that i just want to write everything down so it doesn't occupy so much space in my brain.
