Master Muzan Kibutsuji

-24

- Became the corps leader at 14 when his father perished

- He lives with his wife, Rei Kibutsuji, daughter Ameko Kibutsuji, and son/heir Rui Kibutsuji.

- His marriage to Rei was arranged, and he never really cared for her romantically. He does, however, show true kindness and friendliness to her. He thinks of her as a good friend he is forced to live with.

- Has an undeniable crush on Michikasu, one he tries his best to forget (He thinks it would be "unprofessional"

- Quite upset every time someone brings up Rui's cough (it's not even connected to the curse, it's just a common cold. Regardless, Muzan hates bringing up illnesses.)

- He harbors an unwavering desire to end Demon King Ubuyashiki

- Works nicely with the only known 'good' demons (aside from Kamado) who are Lady Amane Ubuyashiki and her children, who she hides quite well from the demon lord, her former lover. Muzan pities her. He wants to ask her to work with Tamayo-san soon, to create some kind of poison to use against the demon lord. Muzan can only dream of this, however; he doesn't want to ask Amane to work with one of the corps members, even if it is his most trusted Tamayo, because it may put Amane and her children in danger. (MORE ON AMANE AND TAMAYO LATER)

Mitchikasu Tsugukuni

- 24

- Became a Hashira at 20

- Oldest and strongest Hashira

- Takes every single metaphor seriously

- In love with Lord Muzan (Michi's life motto is "I wOn'T sAy i'M iN lOoOvE")

- Moon Breathing

- Knows a lot about the history of breathing techniques

- Brother who was stronger than him died when they were young, and Mitchikasu never got over the death. He has an inferiority complex because he believes that if his brother were here now, the corps would not be suffering. (The Giyuu of the group)

- Not very social, but decently liked

- Closest friend is Nakime-san

- Former tsuguko was Kaigaku Agatsuma, the Thunder Hashira

Douma Hashibira

- 21

- Became a Hashira at 18

- Adopted Aoi and the triplets

- His tsuguko is Kanao

- Rescued Gyutaro and Ume and had them both his tsugukos for multiple years before Gyutaro became a hashira and Ume became his tsuguko. (He held parties for both of them when they became hashiras)

- Thinks of Gyutaro, Ume, Kanao, Aoi, and the triplets as all his own biological kids (especially after he lost Inosuke)

- Lives with them in the Paradise Mansion, his estate

- Biological son is Inosuke Hashibira

- Adopted Kanao with Kotoha when Inosuke was three and Kanao was four. After Kotoha died three years later, Kanao couldn't cry for her mother. But douma, her father, made sure that nobody hated her for it.

- Ice Breathing

- I feel sorry for the demons he slays and those who have to work with him

- When Douma returned home one night after work, he found his seven year old daughter, Kanao, hiding in a bloodstained wicker box on the front step. He opened it and let her out and asked her what happened. Kanao was making the same emotionless face that she made when Douma and Kotoha first found her. This disturbed him more than having found her in the box.  When Douma cleaned up her wounds, he asked what happened. Kanao recited the attack perfectly-- A demon had snuck in while Kotoha was baking with Kanao. Inosuke was sitting in the kitchen with them, and was struck in the back. Kanao rushed to grab him, which she did. Kanao huddled with Inosuke in the corner of the room, terrified, but the brave Kotoha put herself between the kids and the demon. She sheltered them, and when Kotoha's body was finally worn, Kanao and Inouske couldn't handle it. A scuffle left Inosuke outside while Kanao struggled inside. Kanao took a heavy cabinent- one that held Kotoha's special china- and buried the demon under it. Douma thanked Kanao for her account, which was true- when Douma went to look, the demon's body was crushed beneath the china cabinet. But Inosuke was still missing. Kanao said that he'd been sent off the cliff into the river when she'd been trying to distract the demon before she could get the cabinet down. Douma checked the whole area over hundreds of times, but could never find Inosuke (who'd been taken and raised by boars). The losses of his son and wife were crushing, but he still did his best to move on for the sake of his daughter. When the townspeople found out what happened, they thought that only Douma could've killed them. But luckily, Master Muzan was there to pay him free and recruit him to the corps.
