We had decided that our boys' names were gonna be Gaven Alexsander and Devin Tig Trager.
I wanted both our boys to have a part of Tig's name. So while TIg came up with the first names I gave them their middle which Tig was a bit reluctant about.
"It's only fair since you picked their first name," I told him
"Yeah but why part of my name for their middle?" he asked
Cause I like your name and I want our boys to have part of your name in theirs" I tell him
He finally warmed up to the whole name ordeal and we stuck to them.
When a lot of people ask where I got their middle name from I'll tell them our boys are named after their father.
Koz likes to rib Tig about the whole thing and half the time Tig will rib back and some of the time he'll just ignore Koz altogether.
"Alex, do you hate the fact that I want your first name and your nickname to be a part of our boys?" I asked when we were at home away from everyone.
"I just dont see why you like it so much," he says
I sighed and hung my head.
"Alright, fine we will change their middle names. Just come up with something and let me know" I said before I walked off.
"Wait where are you going?' he asked
"To cry" I replied before I fully walked off.
I didnt think I'd cry over our boys's names but here I am doing just that.
"Wait dont cry. I'm sorry" he says following me.
I shook my head keeping my back to him.
He walked up carefully wrapped his arms around me and rubbed my eight-month belly.
"We are gonna keep the names we picked. I am sorry for making you upset" he says
"I just love you so fucking much that I want our firstborn boys to have part of your name as theirs," I tell him
"I understand it now. And I'm fine with it. I promise" he says as he kisses my shoulder and keeps rubbing my belly.
"You positive?" I asked looking back at him
"Yeah," he says
"Alright," I say sniffling
He turned me around and wiped the tears away.
"I'm sorry for crying over the littlest thing,," I say
"no . dont apologize I hurt your feelings and it upset you," he says
"You fixed it" I tell him
He nods his head before giving me soft kisses.
"Come to bed let daddy nurse from you. They are leaking" he says
I looked and saw that my nipples were leaking.
"Ok" I say
He took me to bed and had me get comfy before he laid carefully at my breast and latched on.
I closed my eyes and held his head enjoying his mouth on my breast.
