💘Chapter 5💘

Hye-Jin' s pov

" Cheong-san you were with him weren't you?" I asked.

" He was behind me" He said and looked down.

" He's an athlete I'm sure he would be fine" I reassured myself.

" Hye-jin. Here you go" Hyo-ryung said holding Mr Cuddles in her hand.

" I thought I lost it....That you Hyo-ryung" I said and hugged her.

" Your welcome" she said and hugged me back.

" Hey kids. It's me Miss Park. The english teacher. Something strange is happening through out school. Some students are attacking others indiscriminately, so please find a safe place and take shelter. And if any student or faulty hears this and is able to, please call the police and the fire department. Students, Hide somewhere safe until help arrives. If you can get out of the school, please get out. I repeat, some students are..." Mrs Park's voice cracked.

There was dead silence for 2 minutes

" Guys...You're okay right? You're not hurt, right? I don't know what's going on or why it's happening. Still find a safe place and hide." She said.

Time skip~

We'd been sitting for almost an entire hour but no one came to help us.

On-jo and I were looking outside the window when suddenly I-sak came.

" Cheong-san is acting weird" She started.

"  I think he likes you" She said.

" No, he doesn't. He doesn't feel things like that. He's too busy teasing me" She muttered sadly.

I-sak held both are hands.

But.....

Her hands were cold!

I feel On-ja was thinking the same thing as she looked at I-sak.

" I-sak-ah....why are your hands cold?" I asked touching them to my cheek.

" What?" She said looking at both of us confused.

Suddenly blood started dripping from her nose.

" I-sak-ah" On-ja' s voice cracked.

" No, I wasn't bitten. Really" She said quickly wiping her nose.

" Were you bit?" Na-yeon asked.

" No, I wasn't" She yelled.

She ran towards the mirror and saw her eyes turning red.

Tears spilled out of my eyes at the thought of my best friend turning into a zombie.

" On-jo, Hye-jin..." She mumbled and came towards us.

I held her hands and tried to say something but nothing came out.

" I'm not like them, right?" She asked.

I couldn't answer her, instead On-jo and I hugged her tightly one last time.

" What are you guys doing? Get her out of here!" Na-yeon screamed.

" I'm fine" I-sak yelled back.

Suddenly Cheong-san came and pulled both On-jo and I behind.

She tried to walk closer to us but fell down on her knees.

Her bones started cracking as she twist and turned.

Everyone got ready with stools ready to attack her.

Cheong-san tried his best to keep On-jo from running back to I-sak.
