so today we're going to talk about your daily routine, having a routine and GOOD habits is really important to self care.
first of all , good habits.
having good habits is really simple , like you know doing your bed when you wake up , not going on your phone first, drinking water , workout etc etc. it is a part of taking care of yourself , take a day in your week to call it the "reset day" clean your room , do your everything shower etc etc, it's always important to reset things..
firstly , when you wake up , always do your bed , you might think it's useless because "yeah no one will see it and it'll get messed up again when i'll sleep" but you'll see that it helps clearing your mind , just by seeing a bed like an hotel bed is just so comfortable to see. i don't know if it's clear but you got me!
then try to take the habit to always read your lessons everytime you come back from school.
i personally like to read mine while i comeback home because i have 1 hours in the bus so i can just read and do my homework so i will have a bit of time when i comeback home !
always drink water this has to be the first thing you swallow during the day
you can drink water with ginger , with lemon , with strawberries, with nothing , with cucumber but you have to drink at least glass of water , 1,5L per day is important for skin , good health and other things , water have so much benefits i can't tell them all !!
when you talk take the habit to think about what consequence will have your words ? will it hurts the person you're talking to? if you think it would hurt you it would hurt peoples too so think about what you're going to say.
get in a good mood before doing anything !! so you'll do it better and you'll do it with positivity. thinking positive is the key !!!
