Yes I'm a doctor who treat patients who aren't exactly normal, for one I've treated Hanma son Baki, Oliver biscuit,jack Hanma, Retsu and many other fighters. And it's not safe with an omega around so many alphas. I'm an 22 year old unclaimed omega continuously on sup-resents to keep myself safe.

With a pain in the arse father and brother, who also alphas... how did I end up like this? But I do get normal patients it's just rare since there scared of this ward. Most patients or fighters, assassins and more.

I've also had to sort a hole fbi squad out after a failed mission attempt leavening the team in terrible shape. But worst of all I'm told to be too un-normal or too blunt or set in my ways of my life. My father has day after day looked for a mate for me, but I don't want anyone... apart from the one. My true mate, someone who'll protect me and respect my wishes and goals.

Omegas are different to most species, alphas only have short nails and a bit of fang, the betas are a bit longer but omegas get full colourful eyes and sharp nails... it's our only defence.
I have trained in fighting as my family has and it's better than nothing.
