It was a normal day for the wonderful town of Welcome Home, Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows everyday. Friendly faces here and lots of love and hugs to share! Good things always happen in this neighborhood. But through all this positive energy someone wished that something exciting would happen, a change, something or someone new. They didn't even mind if it were bad just someone or something to spark up their life a bit. And that person was no other than Wally Darling himself. He alwalys had these feeling but never spoke about them aloud. He would read fairytales about people wishing on stars and sometimes their dreams coming true.
