Dear Gamora, I don't know why I'm writing this. I know you're already gone, but if this is the only way I can cope, so be it. The Guardians haven't been the same. Peter, especially, has gone back to his old drinking habits, and he's missed you a lot. I've tried to talk to him, I swear, but all he does is sit in his bedroom listening to your favourite song on repeat. Nebula, Rocket, Mantis, and Drax are coping; they've just been trying to live normal lives on Knowhere for the past few months. Groot's confused, and everyone has noticed. We're all convinced he has a vague memory of you, but that's just us being hopeful. Xenos has been helping me through it; he isn't like me or Peter. Xenos likes to deal with grief alone; he immediately changes the conversation whenever I ask him if he's okay, but from what I can see, he's fine. As for me, I turned 26 the other week, and that marked my eighth birthday without you since meeting you. I haven't been the same either. I've been struggling to do simple tasks like get out of bed or even eat some days, which Xenos has to force me to do. I hate it, but it's for my own good. There's been times when Xenos drags me out to take a walk, so clearly I'm not much different from Peter—except the drinking part. Me and Nebula have been getting along well; I call her 'Nebs' for short, even if she hates it. She's nice; she even helped loosen Onyx's bracelet when it got a bit too tight around my wrist (don't worry, yours is still there), which made me happy. Other than that, everything feels odd without you here. I've been treated more like an adult, and I hate it. I know I should grow up, but it's just so hard. The point is, I miss you. We all do.
