It was about 10 when we arrived at the fraternity house; the sound of music blared as people talked and danced on the lawn. All three of us weaved between the crowd of people as we walked through the door. A tall, dark-haired man walked out. His hands were stuck in his pockets. He glanced my way as he walked out. I couldn't help but feel so small in his presence it seemed like the air around him was still as night. When he walked, everyone moved out of his way, instead just murmuring words under their breaths.

"Yaas, now this is what I'm talking about," Luanna said, slightly raising her voice as we entered. She began to move to the music. Her hips began to sway, and her hands raised in the air. I quickly joined in, feeling the music in my soul.

"Im going to get us drinks," Luanna said, dragging Alina along with her. I barely heard her, I was so focused on the music.

"Hi, can I dance with you?" was whispered in my ear. I turned my head to hear where the voice was coming from. It was him, the boy from the hall; he smiled the most handsome smile. All I could hear was his voice ringing in my ears, I didn't even notice that he was trying to give me a drink.

"I don't think I'm supposed to take drinks from strangers; who knows what you are trying to do to me," I said, turning my head back and returning to the music. He then walked around me, standing directly in front of me. However, his expression did not change; he was still smiling, and he let out a laugh.

"Come on, I'm not into that kind of person. I just wanted to be nice and offer you a drink. Come on, I'm not going to harm you, I swear." He said, grabbing my hand and placing the cup in it. He took a drink from his cup.

I hesitantly looked into my drink, making sure I didn't see anything that shouldn't be in there. I wrapped my fingers around the red cup before I brought it to my lips and titled it up, chugging all the liquid down. The substance quickly burned my throat as it slid down. I shook my head at the tingling sensation.

"Fuck" I said as I squeezed the cup.

"Danm, I've never seen a girl chug it like you just did; you're not afraid, are you," he said as he moved closer to me. I didn't know who this boy was or why he was talking to me. He stood mere inches from me, I could almost feel him against me.

He grabbed my waist, pulling me closer to me. I looked up at him, smiling. I was now feeling tipsy, and this felt amazing. We began to move to the rhythm of the music. It felt as if we were the only people in the room. I felt something deep inside, strange and familiar at the same time, like a connection, something drawing us together. I placed my arms on his chest, feeling his chest rise and fall as he breathed. We didn't say anything. We just looked at each other, falling deeper into each other. I felt someone pull me away from him, pulling me into the other room where the drinks sat on the counter there were bottles and bottles full of alcohol.

"Do you know who you were dancing with?"

It was Luanna, She had a smirk on her face. She seemed so excited by the question she asked me.

"I mean, no, not really. He didn't almost knock me to the floor today in the hall, but besides that, I have no clue."

"That's Callum Robison; everyone knows him. He throws the most outrageous parties. I've also heard from a friend of a friend that he fucks so good, I mean, orgasm good. Oh my god, that is not even the wildest thing; last semester, someone said he was in this weird fucked relationship with the president of the school's son, Khalil Li. No one actually knows if it's a rumor or not, but I believe wholeheartedly that it is true."

"Danm, that's a lot to unpack. What kind of relationship," I said, pouring me a cup of vodka.

"To be honest, it's weird. I heard that. They were in a relationship, like a boyfriend-boyfriend type situation, but Khalil is bisexual, and Callum is purely straight, so how that works is way beside me. It doesn't stop there, either. Callum was also hooking up with girls, and Khalil was joining in like some kind of steamy threesome. I wouldn't mind doing that with them. I mean, have you seen them? I would let them tear right in me."

I quickly took a sip of my drink, trying to untangle the whole situation. So one guy is straight, and the other likes both men and women, yet they are together In some sort of twisted relationship, and also, on top of that, they are hooking up with random women when they can.

"I have to pee," I said before walking off to find the bathroom. I weaved through the mob of people before making my way upstairs, I opened the first door I saw; it was a mistake. The room was dark, but I could still hear and make out two people having full-on sex on the bed.

"Get out!" they screamed in unison.

"Im so sorry." I quickly slammed the door shut; I had now lost my urge to pee and instead gained a pounding headache. I walked further down the hall, stopping at another door.

I gripped the cold silver handle, praying that I would see someone having sex or anything surrounding that. Instead, the room was empty; I looked around the room, looking at the neatly made bed. The sheets were tucked slightly under the pillows. I entered the room and closed the door behind me, I began to walk around observing everything in sight. Picture frames hung on the wall, and instead of pictures of actual people, they were framed for scholarships. There were about five of them in a row. On the desk sat a laptop and paper; it seemed like someone was writing a full essay by hand the pencil sat on the paper like someone had left it in a rush.

I groaned as my head started to throb; I think I'm just going to rest here for a while. I don't feel like making it back to my dorm. As I lay on the bed, I turned on my side and started at the picture of an older couple on the bedside table. They were both smiling; they looked so happy. In the background was a mountain range; it looked so beautiful.  I heard the door open; I turned over, forgetting that this wasn't my room and this wasn't my bed.

"Oh, shit. I'm sorry. I just needed to lie down. My head was killing me."

It was him, Callum. He stood with the door closed.

"It's fine. You were just the person I was looking for," He said, walking towards the part of the bed where I was lying.

"For real," I said, sitting up and facing him. "Why"

"Honestly, just so I could do this," He said, leaning down and kissing me.

This was so unexpected, I didn't know what to do. Instead, I kissed him back; I don't know if it was because I wanted to or if it was the alcohol in my system. We began to kiss softly, then moved more intensely as he slowly pushed me back onto the bed. He grabbed my face, caressing my cheek; I laid back on the bed, allowing him to climb on top of me. He smelt of cologne and smudge of alcohol. He used his spare hand to grab me by the waist. He then began to trail kisses down my cheek towards my neck. Slowly placing them, making my skin crawl, as soon as he was about to reach my collarbone, he stooped. He looked at me before getting up and heading towards the door.

"You can stay here if you want tonight," he said as he walked out and closed the door.

What the hell just happened?
