The cruel Prince

Aemma woke up early the next morning, only to find half of the bed empty. As last night's memories came flooding back to her mind, as she paced around the room. She fucked up big time, but now all she could do was fix things up. She had to sneak in the kitchens somehow and get herself some moon tea, to avoid further mishaps. She could not ask the maids to bring it for her, as it would be too obvious that something was wrong. And something was wrong.                She casually threw on a cloak, and headed to the kitchens through a secret passageway she accidentally found when she was younger.                                                                                                              It was still dark, so she did not have to worry all that much about being seen. Aemma entered the kitchens only to find a young maid cleaning. ''Oh I'm so sorry princess.'' she spoke as she looked at the floor, in a haste. '' It's quite alright, don't worry.'' '' May I be of any service to you?'' Aemma thought for a second. The young maid barely over six and ten years seemed trustable, and so she decided to take a chance with her.                                                                                                ''What is your name?''   ''My name is Leana, princess.'' '' Leana, may I ask you for a favor?''                   ''Of course, my lady.''  ''This is a most fragile matter, I need for it not to be the next gossip of Westeros. Can I trust you to keep this quiet?''  The maid blinked for three times, before answering her. '' Anything for you, princess.''

Leana boiled some water. It took her a while to find the ingredients, but she managed. ''My lady, if you don't mind me asking, are you well?'' she spoke in a low whisper. ''Thank you for your concern Leana, but I fear there is nothing to be concerned of.

You see, it is not me you should be worried about, but my friend. I'm afraid the poor girl made a mistake and did not to cause a ruckus with such matters.'' spoke Aemma with a smooth tone. There was no way the princess would actually rest her fate in the hands of someone else, at least not anymore. It was safer for her to just pretend as if she was being a good friend, eveanthough she had no true friends in King's Landing. Helena was truly a kind girl, and she hoped to get closer to her during her stay. Maybe then she could make a friend in King's Landing.

'' It is done, my lady. Make sure to give it to your friend while it's hot.''  ''Thank you, Leana.''             Aemma took the teacup in her hands and began to make her way out of the kitchens before stopping at the doors. '' Do tell your friend to be careful, princess. I hope all will be well for her, and ill make sure to pray to the seven for her health.''  ''your efforts are much appreciated, Leana. I could not thank you for your help, and discretion. '' I smiled.     '' Any time, my lady.''

Rushing back to her chambers, whilst making sure no one was following her, Aemma entered through her secret doorway. Driking the hot liquid, in a haste, began to calm her mind. Everything was fine now. In a few hours, she would ask Alicent about her request to bring her dear friend Lyanna and her mother, Isolde, into King's Landing as support for her. This was the only possible way for her to survive, without stupid mistakes, and finally she could stop lying and actually be truthful with someone, without them possibly betraying her.                              Aemma was in fact a virgin, well not after last night at least, but Aegon probably did not know that, or did her? can someone think one is a virgin only by them being a little too prideful and confident? no matter. This was a really weird feeling for her.

All that guilt that Aemond brought up of her mother really got to her head, and she was willing to try anything out at that point. To try and fill that missing piece of her that she had always looked for, and honestly it was a great distraction.

Aemma POV:

The night with Aegon

When I told him to stay for a second, I thought myself Ludacris, this was Aegon after all.  I had no intentions of sharing my bed with him whatsoever, but when he kissed me, all my troubles went away. My mind blank as if nothing was wrong in my life. His harsh words and kisses were impossible to ignore. In all seriousness, it did hurt at first, burned even, but all that went away after a while. I was too focused on other things beforehand to notice that pain. He made it easy. What was I going to say to him during anyway? it was better this way. If I told him I was a maiden he might have treated me differently, which was something I wanted to avoid. I may have had my first time with someone, but it wasn't my special first time, like it wasn't really emotional and slow? I couldn't pull away from him, I simply couldn't. It felt so right at that moment, even though it was wrong. The seven will surely punish me someday for this.                                              I'm not stupid, and I know Aegon practically fucks everything he sees, but tonight I didn't care. It's not as if I was attached to him in any way, or liked him even.                                                              Like I said I saw him and the greens a couple of times over the years, nothing more nothing less. I barely spoke to any of them except Alicent and maybe Helena occasionally, as my father Daemon highly resented the fact that some of them liked me.

This made me spite him even more, as I missed out on opportunities to get to know the boys or Helena, as he did everything in his power to avoid me from talking to them. Even my half brothers fought and trained with them occasionally, but when it was about them, it was totally fine, me not. Now that I actually uttered some words to Aegon and have given my maidenhood to someone I barely knew, I felt like a happy fool.

Breakfast:

'' Ah, princess Aemma, so nice of you to join us this fine morning.'' gleamed Otto Hightower. ''Yes, thank you, I'm honored to be here.'' Looking around the room, she spotted Aemond looking rather grim as he stared at her. She gave him a glare, before she sat down next to Helena. Everyone was having breakfast except Aegon. This made her lighten up a bit, but she couldent help wonder where the prince was. Even Aemond was here, and his eye just got ripped out. ''He's not coming, princess.'' Otto Hightower, responded to my eyes, which had been staring at Aegons empty seat. ''Right, of course.''  I looked away from the prying eyes for a second and decided to focus on my plans, and how I was going to achieve them. No one will interrupt my plans, my focus has to only lie on getting the Tyrells back at my side. My real family. But why couldn't I stop thinking about Aegon? I swear if he told anyone about this-                                                 ''My dear are you alright, you seem a bit pale?'' Alicent asked me.   ''Of course my Queen, I'm afraid it's just my sorrow for leaving my true family the Tyrells behind.''                                                      ''Yes my dear, I'm sure that was difficult for you, but don't worry, I'm sure you will find it welcoming here, and my children will definitely ease your worries.'' Well I don't know about ease, but-  ''Of course my Queen, I trust your judgement the most.''   After a short silence I lifted my cups to drink some water, it surely was better than fidgeting with my fingers. ''Aemond actually wanted to ask you if you were interested in some quality time together? Perhaps dragon riding? You do have a dragon, my dear?''

I glanced at Aemond who looked half as surprised as I was at the Queen's words. Looking at Helena, who had the brightest of smiles, gave me some motivation to smile accept this odd proposal. '' I would love nothing more, my Queen, than to accept Aemonds kind offer. As for dragons, I'm afraid I have only ridden once or twice with my father, but it would truly be amazing to train on dragon back.''  Aemond looked at me with a somewhat disgusted face, I could not quite tell. I guess he found it odd that Daemons' daughter did not have a dragon. '' well, that is no matter. Aemond will take you to ride on his dragon then.'' Alicent said with a smile. I snickered at the princes face after he heard his mother's comment. ''Yes mother, I will be sure to show her around. Princess, how do you feel missing supper ?''
