Balloon POV

I hug Nickel goodbye as he leaves the game. As he's punched into the air I can feel my heart ache as if I missed him already.

As we leave the voting grounds every one goes to their cabin while I stay outside and decide to sing my feelings out.

I stop singing and feel tears down my face. I just want to tell him how I feel but I don't think he feels the same way.

I feel someone touch my shoulder. "Are you okay Balloon" I turn around and see Cabby next to me. "I'm fine Cabby don't worry about me" I said with a sad smile. "Balloon I know that look you're sad thinking again are you" I nod my head. I decided to tell her "Cabby I think i'm in love with Nickle"

No ones POV

Cabby was shocked she knew they were friends but she didn't know Balloon liked him.

Cabby: That's great Balloon! 

Balloon looked at Cabby

Balloon: No Cabby I don't know if he loves me back

Cabby's smile went away

Cabby: that's right...

The two of them sat in silence and then Balloon had an idea.

Balloon: I'm leaving the game

Cabby: WHAT

Balloon: I know I said I wanted to win but it doesn't feel right without Nickel

Cabby didn't know what to say but smiled

Cabby: I support you Balloon go get him.

Balloon nods and goes back to the voting grounds and launches himself into the air.

Balloon: I'm coming for you Nickle

I'm so happy to be making this I will make longer ones later in the story so you just have to wait for the drama ;)
