"Morning. You awake yet?" Gemini had been spamming me all morning. I rolled over in bed, groaning at the brightness of my phone screen. "How can i not be? You've been texting all morning," I replied with a hint of irritation, although I couldn't help but smile at the smiley face he sent in response.

"You wanna hang out later like friends?" he asked, his text popping up immediately after mine. I raised an eyebrow, feeling a twinge of annoyance. Why did he assume we were friends just because we talked a little and exchanged contacts? The only reason I gave him my number was because he was like a persistent koala begging for it. "Why should I go out with you?" I shot back, unable to resist a teasing jab.

"I'll pay for lunch or dinner," he offered, his eagerness evident even through his text. I hesitated for a moment, weighing the pros and cons. It was quite a tempting offer. "Alright sure. I'm choosing the restaurant though," I finally replied, already formulating a plan to pick the most expensive restaurant in town until he was left penniless.

We agreed to meet at around 4:30 pm in a park nearby Royal Osha, an upscale restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and elegant ambiance. As the clock struck 4:47 pm, I found myself growing increasingly impatient, tapping my foot rhythmically on the ground. "Where the hell is this idiot? It's already 17 minutes past the time we planned!" I grumbled under my breath, shooting a quick glance at my phone.

Just as I was about to send him another text, I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder. Turning around, I was surprised to see Gemini standing there, holding a bouquet of light with a mix of dark blue flowers. "You were 17 minutes late just because you wanted to buy flowers?!" I exclaimed incredulously, eyeing the flowers and then him with a mixture of amusement and exasperation.

"Well, I saw these flowers when I passed by a flower shop and thought you might like them, Do you?" he asked, his voice tinged with uncertainty. Despite my initial annoyance, I couldn't help but soften at the sincerity in his eyes and the genuine smile on his face. "You're such an idiot," I muttered teasingly, as i snatched the bouquet of flower pretending i didnt like them, covering my mouth with the flower as i tried to cover my wide smile.

At 6:00 pm, we finally arrived at the restaurant, greeted by the opulent surroundings and impeccable service. The elegant decor and soothing ambiance immediately put me at ease, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement as we were escorted to our table.

Gemini and I settled into our seats, engaging in lively conversation as we perused the menu. We talked about everything from our jobs to our hobbies to our wildest dreams, each revelation bringing us closer together. With each passing moment, I found myself growing more comfortable in his presence, his easygoing demeanor and contagious laughter putting me at ease.

As we savored our meal, I couldn't help but steal glances at Gemini, marveling at the way the candlelight danced across his features, casting shadows and highlights in all the right places. His dark, expressive eyes sparkled with warmth and humor, drawing me in like a moth to a flame.

"Earth to Fourth!" Gemini's voice broke through my reverie, snapping me back to reality. I blinked in confusion, realizing that I had been lost in thought for who knows how long. "I'm just thinking about something, sorry," I mumbled sheepishly, hoping he hadn't noticed my momentary lapse in attention.

"If there's something on your mind, you can tell me, okay?" he said gently, reaching out to gently cup my chin and tilt my head up to meet his gaze. For a brief moment, we locked eyes, the air crackling with unspoken tension. Then, just as quickly as it had come, the moment passed, and I hastily averted my gaze, feeling my cheeks flush with embarrassment.

"Uh, yeah, sure," I stammered, mentally kicking myself for getting lost in my thoughts. Gemini chuckled softly, his laughter like music to my ears. And as we continued our meal, I couldn't shake the feeling that perhaps, just perhaps, there was something more than friendship blossoming between us.
