I wonder why Zeus, Poseidon and Hades had half-bloods as kids.
I thought humans were vulnerable creatures?
You're probably zoned out with that or you're really cool and you think I'm cool, too.
(On a completely different note. )
Trust me, socializing is not my cup of tea.
I figured out the guy's name at the library because well, this girl called Laney, poked my shoulder for the seventh time this week and I, being annoyed of her, smacked her with a book, except it wasn't her, it was him. The Library Guy.
He glared at me and I apologized yet again and he clutched a blue book, that had his name written on it in a freshly inked fonts with a okay handwriting.
It said, Damien.
I was actually surprised that I didn't flip out right there and hop into the locker and stay there till someone magically Abracadabra-d me into coming out.
Albeit, his expressions were imprinted into the words 'I'm going to rip your head off' and he would punch me in the stomach and kick me into the locker if I wasn't smart enough to run like The Flash and almost mix up with the air.
Good job, Jane.
;);)
"Hey Laney." I greeted the tall blonde girl who greeted me beforehand.
"Did you not brush your hair today?" She concentrated on the messy bun, oh no, it not just 'a' messy bun, it's like spaghetti up there but I don't see why she's asking, she's not my friend but she's my 'friend', you know what I mean.
I shrugged, looking at ground and walking to my seat at the back.
"Woah, woah, if it isn't Jane." Aaron murmured focusing his blue eyes onto my face.
"I see you've missed me." I smirked, causing him to groan loudly and going back to ignoring me.
I pulled back my chair and sat there, spinning my pen between my fingers and trying my best to concentrate on the board that had marked atoms on it but it's just not possible.
"Hey." a voice whispered poking my back.
"What?" I snapped, craning my neck to Damien.
Hold up, D-Damien?
"You were falling asleep, idiot." He murmured.
I was pretty sure I zoned out at 'You were'.
We had a staring session, okay, me, I stared and he just suggested that I should say something.
"H-Hey." I murmured.
He nodded and turned to look at the board.
How very nice of you, jerk.
"What did you say to me?" He narrowed his eyes at my face.
Did I say that out loud? My bad.
"What about what you think I told you?" I asked, looking for an excuse.
"You said-
-Look a bird!" I faked.
I mentally slapped myself. A trillion times.
He revolved his head to where I pointed.
But hey, the guy fell for it.
Just as he would look at me,the bell roared to life and I made my way through the little crowd running to my next class and looking back a little bit watching him trail behind me with a book in his hands.
"Hey!" A girl who was taller than me called as I bumped into her.
"I'm sorry about that I'm in a rush." I murmured pausing myself from running, half-kneeling and huffing.
Glancing if he was in my clearing.
"No kidding." The person snorted.
I looked up at her and my eyes widened, she's Daisy Abiall.
"You're coming to my party." She confirmed.
"Huh? Do you even know who I am?" I asked a lot taken back by her.
"I do. You're Jane." She murmured confidently, allowing me to grasp onto her neon blue invite.
"Thanks but have to get to class." I stretched my face into a smile and dragged myself to class.
She grinned at me causing me to flinch.
I walked slowly into class and sat at the back.
"I'd like to ask you guys to take out your homework, please." Mr. Jay spoke, poking his glass far up his nose.
Wait, what homework?
Groans were heard and gasps were received.
I rose my hand which caused him to peep at me.
"A hallway pass, sir?" I asked,fake smiling.
He sighed and rubbed his temples, he looked like he was debating on what he should do.
"Don't be gone too long, miss." Mr. Jay murmured.
Oh hey, Chris Brown song reference.
"I won't." I grinned at him.
He nodded taking off his glasses and gesturing me to go out.
Hastily rushing out of class I didn't realize what had hit me.
My books were with me but the other person's books came in contact with the floor.
I glanced at the books on the floor, watching the letters faintly 'Da' written on the books.
Don't be Cliché. Don't please.
He groaned and pushed me away.
"Do you like bumping into me?" He growled at me.
"It's not my fault that you stand wherever I'm going." I told him, raising my voice and furrowing my eyebrows.
"I hate you." He told me, furrowing his eyebrows.
"The feeling's mutual." I murmured, not bothering to help him with picking up his books and walking away.
;);)
So, did you like it? I hope you did.
