Agent Spider

(In this au, Peter was offered a job as an agent because he was spider man and hacked into S.H.I.E.L.D.'s database. No one knows that Peter exists except for Fury, May, Agent Maria Hill, and Agent Coulsen.)-Peter's Pov- *At the Helicarrier*
I was walking towards the meeting room, to get my next mission, when I heard voices. "We don't need this spider guy of yours, we can handle this just fine." That was the sound of Mr. Good and Righteousness. "What is wrong with this guy helping us, from his track record, he could be a great help." That was my favorite Avenger, Tony Stark. "Tony is right, Agent Spider hardly ever makes a mistake and he hasn't failed a single mission." MR. PIRATE!!! I decided that now is a good time to walk in. "Hello, Mr. Pirate. I am here for a debrief on the mission." I had a suit jacket over a Led Zeppelin T-shirt with sweatpants. I also had a mask that covers half my face. Tony chuckled a little bit when I said Mr. Pirate, causing me to smirk a little. "Yes, Agent Spider. Let's begin, also you are going to work with the Avengers. No one is the leader, by the way." Eyepatch said, that last part to DinnerPlate, (Comment if you got the reference) directly. "You are all going to sneak into a Hydra Base and collect information from their database." "Can't I just hack into their inferior database?"  Tony and I say at the same time. We look at each other in surprise and smirk. "I like this guy, he is way better than any of you." Everyone looked at us in surprise before Captain Hook recomposed himself. "Yes, but I want all of you to work together." Captain Crunch sets a folder on the table. "Here is everything we know about the Hydra base, do your best." He says before leaving dramatically. "Always so dramatic, I swear. But no one can beat me on dramatic flair." I say before dramatically flipping over the table and snatching the folder from Capsicle's hands, landing next to Tony. "By the way, such a huge fan of the mechanics behind your Arc reactor. Now let's see what this is all about.".
*The next day, on the way to the Hydra Base* -Tony's POV-
I watched as Agent Spidey emerged from a room, in a skintight black suit with white eyes and spider emblem. "Nice suit, Spidey. But where are your weapons?" Spider does a hand gesture towards an apple and shoots a web at an apple then he yanks it towards him. He then presses a button and guns start to assemble in his hands. "I also have a few more but I would rather keep those a surprise." He winks at us, and I am surprised to see his mask do the same.
"Why do you have to be here? You're just a joker in a skintight suit." I looked over to see who said that and was surprised to see it was Steve. "Because even though you are a national monument and 100 years old, I still have more experience, I have a 260 IQ, I have powers that exceed yours and I don't need them to be great at what I do. Now if you don't mind, Capsicle, I would like to enjoy the few moments we have before we get to the Hydra Base, is that alright with you?" I look at Spider surprised and mentally applaud him when I see Steve's dumbfounded face.
*The mission*  -Peter's POV-
Sam, Tony, and Clint watched the base from a Birdseye view. Wanda, Vision, Bucky and Thor watched from the ground. While Me, Steve, and Nat snuck inside. On the way to the computer room, Me and Nat took down all of the Hydra agents on the way, but Steve set off a trap even though we warned him beforehand. "Okay, time to get serious." I crawled on the ceiling and transformed me webshooters into guns. No one ever looks up. When even more Hydra Agents appeared, I decided to bring out the big guns. "Karen, Activate instant kill mode.", four, sharp, spider-like limbs appeared from my back and my eyes narrowed into two red dots. I got rid of all but four agents. I tied those agents up and got rid of the pill in their mouths before they could use them. I picked all of them up at once and ran into the computer room. I hacked into their database and got the information needed.
*In the briefing room, the Hydra agents are in separate rooms* -Tony's POV-
"-That was sloppy, and terrible! Agent Spider, care to tell me what happened?", Spider was standing like a soldier ever since we were on our way back to the Helicarrier. "Everything was fine until Captain Rogers didn't listen to me and Agent Romanoff warn him about the trap. Agent Romanoff and I took care of all but four agents, those four agents are ready for interagating as we speak. I managed to get the data needed." He almost sounded like a robot, the only emotion that showed was the anger in his voice when he said 'Captain Rogers'. "I see, Rogers! Care to explain why you ignored the warning of two highly trained and experienced spy agents?", I looked over at Steve, wondering the same thing. "I didn't like being wrong and wanted to test Agent Spider." Steve at least had the common sense to sound guilty. I was absolutely gob smacked and I wasn't the only one. Everyone in the room looked at him in surprise. "I don't get paid enough for this, You're going to training and you're off of the Team unless absolutely needed." The pirate said before leaving with Steve. "I need to take this off." I look at Spider who is taking off his mask. "Hi, Time we officially meet, my name is Peter Parker",
'SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKER!' was the only thought in my head.
